After some bad advice, I bought two Maidenform 34DD bras. After about a year of wearing them, they were no longer fitting properly, so I went and purchased four new ones. These were the Comfort Devotion Embellished Extra Coverage bras and they were so comfortable. I have recently found out, however, that 34DD is not my correct size, which explains why I was slipping out of the bottom of the bras and having to adjust myself often. If you are actually a 34DD, then I think these bras would be a great fit and you'd find them very comfortable.

Band is too big, I should be wearing a 32. Thought it fit good until I got accurate measurements (32DD). Cups were nearly perfect. I like the amount of padding in the bra (even fullness), gives me a more full look, since I'm conical. Band will probably stretch a bit over time, but it's doable for now. This bra has a lace overlay and after a few hours of wear, the lace irritates the inside of my arm.
This is probably my best fitting bra (which is sad). The band has enough of the grippy plastic that it sorta stays in place. The cups are a little wide for me and a little tall for me (and possibly a little roomy inside?) but they look good under clothes so I will call that a win. It is pretty padded and curves in at the top so it is a bit hard to tell how much of a size mismatch there is especially since they fit my overall shape so well (i think??). The 34C cut into my armpits a lot more obviously when I tried it on.
It is a size or two too big n the band so it does slip down pretty easily. The height of the cups is annoying but not painful.
This bra is really comfy, however, the band is too big and rides up. Everything else fits really well and the material is soft. I like the slight push up that this bra adds. The straps have a cute "split" detail towards that connects to the cups, this material or the way it sits irritates my arm crease but it is bearable. I bought this on a whim after getting my measurements and I am pretty happy with the fit overall for a guess.
Edit: Totally didn't mean to make this an Adventure. I'm just trying to sell bras that don't fit me D: --- Nice silk-like. material. Gives a fairly rounded/teardrop shape.
This is my other "go to" bra and it doesn't fit perfectly, but at least it's almost perfect and quite comfortable. Only thing that doesn't really fit well besides the band size (I can put a whole arm through, but I can do that with all my bras) is that the gore is not flush with my sternum. I wonder if this is because it has no underwires or is it simply a sizing issue? Any help/suggestions on fit is greatly appreciated!
I bought this bra back when I was totally clueless (and my boobs were smaller). I love this bra. This bra is sooooo comfortable. The fabric is very soft and very pleasing to the touch. If this bra fit you, I would, without hesitation, recommend it. However, for me, the cups are much too small. Sadly, because I adore the style of this bra. It's a deep plunge with a goodly amount of push-up and push-in, giving good cleavage and exposed mounding, since it's a demi-cup. Love, love, love this bra and I would buy it in a heartbeat if Maidenform actually manufactured it in my size. *sigh* Oh, and it has a very elastic band, which I'm not really keen on.
I love wireless bras but they are really hard to find in racerback style. Surprisingly, the size small fits my 28/30 frame well. The cups are a molded foam that keeps the nipples in check. They are covered in a soft satin. The one down side is that the joining area of the racer back with the straps is sometimes itchy.
Overall, this bra is exceptionally comfortable, in large part because of the slight velvety feel of the fabric. It's also one of my best fitting bras, although I would consider both a larger band and a larger cup.
It is new so I don't know anything about its long-term wear and stretch characteristics.
Please note I got this in a bigger size assuming my breasts and torso would be bigger due pregnancy, weight gain and then nursing...
The fabric is certainly comfortable, basically same design as: Maidenfrom Pure genius extra coverage tailored bra (07539) with softer and more elastic fabric, add a bit of lace at the top of the cups for variety, some cute little "stitches" along the strap and the result is this. The first thing I noticed was that as cute as it is the lace tends to show.
After a while of having it I can say it's high maintenance in comparison, tiniest little fuzz will stick to the ...fabric, even your shirt will stick to it depending on material and the lace is falling apart on this while my very first 07539 is still in pretty decent shape for the rough treatment it gets... I put in the washer on the most gentle cycle and it has been thrown in the dryer a couple of times (not on purpose!).
Even at the end of my pregnancy with 35kg extra, I was never able to fill the cups and the band never got too tight, but apparently none of the weight gain went to my breasts but the bigger band was needed because I ended up with some back fat. The closest I got to filling it was while I was nursing. I must admit it was heaven for sore nipples though.
Also I noticed less of a line under the breast that I complained about before, often shown even on the girl modeling the product, I guess I need wider cups? Read more 161 more words
This bra obviously hasn't fit my 32DD frame in years. Some friends got it for me as a joke in high school; I've never worn it for more than maybe 30 minutes at a stretch, even when it did sort of fit. But at the time, it made my 34Bs (probably should actually have been 32Cs) look like my current boobs ^.^
Good basic bra, if the band fit it would be perfect. Underwires follow breast tissue well. I've had it a few years and the wires haven't poked through, no broken rings and no frayed seams.
Since the bra is backless it's hard to give a good estimate on size. When I use the clear straps I have it on the tightest setting and I get a little shape mismatch quad boob. Because of that I would say it's probably about a 30D in bra sizing possibly a 30C since it's also a push up. I've worn this bra a few times for fancier events and strapless tops. The wire pokes into my sternum, but otherwise gives me great shape and is kinda comfortable.
I really wish they sold this in a 32DD. The fabric is super comfortable, but the band has been too big since I bought it and the cups are just a bit too small.
