    Didn't fit

My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, semi soft tissue.

I've been super curious about the bras by Lululemon even though they do not have the best size range. This bra is brand new, released only a few weeks ago. It's supposed to be for cup sizes DD and E. This is only a fit review since I only tried it on.

They use single number sizes for most of their bras and the range is from 0-14. This bra goes from 2-12. I've read that a size 2 = 28-30", 4 = 30-32", 6 = 32-34”, etc. Not sure how accurate ... this is, but it seems to be similar to the measurements I got on this bra (if anything my measurements seem to be on the smaller side, the 4 measured about 29” stretched and the 6 measured 31” stretched).

This bra in both sizes (4 and 6) was a pain to put on, there are no clasps/hooks, so it has to go over your head. There’s no way to adjust the band which sucks. Size 6 was definitely too big in the band for me and was riding up the back (measurements for size 6 here: http://bra.pe/X2ke/ ). The band on size 4 was perfect for me, but the cups were too small. I felt really squished and I got some quadding at the top, not much, but enough for it to bother me.

They say on the website this is a light support bra, but it feels more like medium support to me. I wouldn’t go running in it since I have better bras, but it could work for a light jog. Side coverage is good and came up high enough for me.

The straps on the back are beautiful, but not adjustable which can be a deal breaker as well. They fit me fine, however I’m not particularly high or low set. I’ve had a few problems with straps being too short, but not by much.

I decided to return this bra because the cups felt too small and because it has no way to adjust the band to the straps with use. I think it’s pretty expensive for a mostly non-adjustable bra and I feel like Freya and Panache have better bras in this price range for my needs.

The chronic problem of most sports bra for me sized like this or s/m/l: if the band fits, the cups are too small, if the cups fit, the band is (sometimes laughably) too big!

    • Yeah, this one seemed promising, but I realized pull over your head bras are annoying for anything other than light support.
