In the store the bra fitted me well but that was 3 months ago except for the fact that the center never layed flat on the sternum. I found it online for a cheaper price and waited two months to get it. In that process I lost an inch around my under the chest. Under a strapless dress it looks ok but in reality I have a gap in the bottom and in the top. I am afraid that is not cost-effective to have a strapless that with my current situation I of me loosing inches it will be useless for me in a few months. ...For the price I expected to use it several times a year and not have the situation that I had which was gaping on top and not filling the bottom. Ironicly it stayed but for the hour that I had it on around my house no need to readjusted. I will tried in a smaller band size if I still confront problems I am ditching this strapless. FYI the band of this strapless runs small.
The quality of the bra is really great. Is molded and has a silicone band to prevent slips. Read more 92 more words
Strapless bras are a challenge. I had to have one for a dress for a wedding and this was the best fit i got from the bras I tried. I tried the deco and a panache and many others. It more or less stays up. Once it settles into a place it stays there for the duration and I don't have to hike it. But it settles where it seems too low. The cups also are a little too large and the band I need to wear on a middle set of hooks. And it feels a little east west to me but in the pictures it doesn't look that way. It does look rounded and centered. Usually I like to start with a band on the loose adjustment hoping to get more wear out of it.
This bra is from an exchange for my friend, but it is just too small for her because of the tight band, that is functionally a 30. I'd say the bra fits like a 30F or maybe FF, not sure about that, as I have not much experience with strapless styles. Since the band actually fits me, but the cups are wide and come up high for me, I am in two minds about keeping and hacking it or listing. Seems like a high quality bra and it most definitely stays in place.
I'm currently floating around a 32GG, but after trying the Le Mystere bustier in 34G, I knew that this brand ran pretty snug, so decided it was probably safe to try the soiree strapless in a 34 as well. It feels pretty perfect in the band on my 31 inch underbust, so this is one you can definitely size up in.
It's got pretty excellent lower depth, which is almost unheard of in a moulded bra or a strapless, but the upper cup is very closed off.
This could potentially be an excellent strapless for a FoB lady or someone with a short root, but is definitely not at all suitable to upper fullness, so I'm going to be returning this one.
I needed to find a bra to go under a strapless bridesmaid's dress, and the saleslady said this size would be closest to what I need. The band doesn't move one inch because of the silicone grips, but the gore is firmly on top of my breasts. Not the best fit, but it has good enough support that I'll be able to get through the night without adjusting too much.
