The band feels like a firm 28. The cups are padded at the bottom, and I get a very slight quadboob effect but not enough to go up a cup. It does a very good job pushing up, making me look fuller on top. Pushup bras normally flatten my boobs, so I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn't squish my boobs. It is also pretty comfortable!
If you're in between cups, it might be better to take the larger cup size.

Update: you should definitely size up in the cups..

The bra is deep blue-colored with flower/plant prints. The outer fabric feels satin-y and smooth.

The band runs true to size and comes with four sets of hooks. The straps have embroidered patterns on them, which is a nice little touch in my opinion. The straps are removable.

The cups are heavily padded at the bottom for push-up effect, and I think because of this the cups run smaller. My usual size these days is 28C and I get quite a bit of quadboob from this bra. I think it would fit someone who's 28B.

The band feels stretchy, perhaps because it is lacy. The cups are padded at the bottom for pushup. Comfortable, but not as much pushup effect as Sonia. I'm not sure if it's because the band is looser or the cups are slightly different. Either way, I thought it was more subtle than Sonia brassiere.
