  1. Underwire Lace Balcony Bra (1031)

My shape: I usually wear deep 30F unlined or 30FF padded. Short and narrow rooted, even to full on bottom, soft.

The looks: This bra is gorgeous! That shiny dark blue lace is stunning and becomes iridescent in different lighting. It makes me think of the ocean and the moon all at the same time.

The shape and fit: This bra does lift and centre but not quite as much as say Cleo bras. It fits more like a full coverage/balcony fit, and encompasses all my breast tissue to hold it where it is. Going up stairs I barely had any bounce, which was nice. It's a very ... supportive yet pretty bra. The band is firm for a 30, but it's firm in a way that is supportive, not too tight feeling (at least for me).

Comfort: Excellent. I only wore this bra for a few hours, because it cuts into my tail of spence too much, but other than that this bra was very comfortable all around. If it weren't for the tail of spence issue it would definitely be on the top 3 bras I own for comfort.

    • This is beautiful on you! The color is so gorgeous!

    • It is a beautiful colour, and these pictures don't do it justice.

    • Beautiful bra, thanks for the review!! I share your tail of spence issue in some bras so I really appreciate you mentioning and showing that detail. :)

    • 2ks-rddit-80 yes it's unfortunate because it's great in every other way.

    • Do you all experience this more with center pull straps? I seem to experience less compression from wide set straps....

    • 1

I do get somewhat less boob compression in the wider set straps, but I also get more tail of spence chafing.

I was having a bit of overspill in my 30F, so I sized up. But it looks like I might be between sizes because my boobs aren't quite filling the cups in the 30FF. The band is snug as ever, would be labelled a 28 in Freya.
I bought the Jade Green sight unseen, the photos of it weren't on the site yet. Well, it is most certainly not green, I would call this blue, definitely a blue. There's the teensiest hint of green to it, so 'Turquoise' or 'Aqua' would have been appropriate but I don't think most people would read this as 'Jade Green'.

The stretchiness of the cups and extra elastic at the top is proving more challenging for my soft tissue. Firmer breasts would do better with this style.

This is an adorable bikini top. I love the cute pattern, but the gore is too low, wide and painful and the single-seam cups don't suit my shape. Pretty decent quality for the price from a Figleaves house brand. Full review on my blog!

    • I tried this bikini too, but it seemed to run very small--I would have needed 12- sizes up from my regular size, which they unfortunately didn't have in stock. Sorry it didn't work out for you either!

I bought this bra from the lovely Noctadea . It arrived today. I'm so excited! I judged it only by the measurements Noctadea posted, though this bra claims to be a 30FF and my typical bra size runs closer to a 30DDD or E. I've been wearing this beautiful lacy bra for only a few hours now. It seems to be structured more like a full-coverage bra than my other balconette, so I can't wear too low of a neckline. It's a very pretty turquoise, though it claims to be "jade green". It doesn't give very much lift; the shape is very natural and not rounded, but this bra has very good support despite being unpadded. Altogether, I would advise you to ignore Just Peachy's classifications of color and type of bra this time. This is a turquoise full-coverage non-padded bra, and it is lovely.

Edit: worn twice. Discovered that underwire pokes beneath armpits, straps are a bit too wide set, and top part of cups have slight wrinkling. Ah well, I'll be selling/exchanging it soon.

Very comfortable bra with narrow gores that tack perfectly on me. A bit too much room on top, it's best suited for a full on top bust. Unfortunately that's not me. Straps are wide enough not to dig in but narrow enough that it shouldn't show under most shirts. 2 hooks fastening at the back

Black, half solid, half mesh colorway

Well, this is an adorable little offering from Figleaves without a lot of information on here so I'll do my best.

I got this off r/braswap. Visually it's very cute, in an understated way. It's a soft gray-with-a-hint-of-purple color, with a zebra pattern on the outside of the cups, bright pink lining on the inside, and a pink bow at the gore. It also has a soft lace trim at the top of the cups. The zebra stripes are metallic and the pink lining shows through just a little bit to give a sweet dual-color appearance without screaming "I'm lined in PINK!!" The entire ... bra is very soft to the touch, even the straps.

    On to the fit part:

UPDATE: So by the end of day 1, I've decided this thing is just too big. Maybe there's a way to pinch in & stitch some of the fabric and make it a bit more supportive. With 4.9" wires, I probably don't need 10.1" of depth. It's sorely lacking in lift and support, it's basically a bralette with underwires. Comfortable, but not exactly functional or flattering. The tall wires do not, however, poke me anywhere.

The band: This is a 30 band that stretches to 28.75" - I have it hooked on the middle hooks. I'm a true 28-band at 27.75" UB. True 30's should be okay, small 28's will find it too loose. If you're between 30-32 bands, get a 32.

The cups: This is the narrowest, most projected unlined cup I've found yet - so all you narrow/projected ladies better listen up! My wires measured 4.9" - this is the first sub-5.0 bra I've ever tried and answers my "how narrow can I really go" question. The wires perfectly follow my root, however they are longer and the wings are taller than Comexim or Cleo Lily, so it remains to be seen whether they poke the tiny extension of tissue I have towards my armpit. Right now, they are super comfortable. They are very U shaped and aren't overly flexible. The bottom of the U may be a tad too deep for the bottom of my root, and as a result I think I loose a little bit of potential lift and support. The apex of the bra seems quite high, and the deepest depth I got was 10.1". The cups give a very natural, almost pointy look that I'm undecided on. I think this is a bra (at least for me) for lounging around the house or throwing a big tee shirt over on lazy days when I need to wash my Cleo Lily lol. This isn't the bra to go for if you're wanting to wow everyone with your perfectly rounded apple-boobs. The cups are closed off on top but they're also stretchy. They work well with my even-to-FOB boobs, but more FOT shapes will likely have trouble.

It fits my bigger breast perfectly, and wrinkles somewhat on my smaller one. I guess I'll know by the end of the day if it stays comfortable, and it remains to be seen whether it's the kind of bra I'll repeatedly find myself picking out of my closet.

Will get pics up in a bit.

Firm band. Runs a cup size too small, and is definitely not for full on top boobs. It is too cute to get rid of though so I'm keeping it

Very comfy, stretchy lace. Unfortunately it's a bit small for me in the cup. Elastic at the top of the cups makes quadding more pronounced.

Like the black, this bra is simple, elegant, light, and gives the breasts a rounded but natural look. The cups are stretchy and the band is very tight. It isn't the right size for me, so I can't comment on the fit.

In theory, this bra is everything I look for in a bra. It's simple, elegant, light, and gives the breasts a rounded but natural look. Because the cups are stretchy and also too big for me, it kind of distorts the shape. I think the band is also too small - I can constantly feel it on my back, and the it bulges under the band. I've since learned that Just Peachy lace bras run small in the band. I'd like to try it again in a 32E or F. Sometimes the gore really bothers me because it comes up high on my sternum.

Admittedly, this is a sister size (I usually work best in a 28G), but the band is tight enough that it doesn't make much of a difference brand new. We'll see how it goes with continued wear. This bra only quadboobs very slightly

I ordered it for a friend and sent it back; it is not my size at all, but if you're interesting I listed it in 34F aswell.

I guess, just like the one I tried, the band is stretchy, but it is beautiful and really good value for money (cheap and good fabric).
