This bra definitely gives me more of a retro look than I was expecting (likely because my breasts are fuller on the bottom and don't have as much tissue on top, the half padding lends itself to a more pointy or bullet shaped silhouette) but that's not necessarily a bad thing... just means I won't be wearing it under t-shirts as often as I would button-downs and structured blouses. That being said the seam that runs horizontally across the bra attaching the padding to the lacy upper-cup is quite visible through shirts as well.
The quality of this bra seems excellent and it really is lovely to look at. Wish it fit me a little better, but it's not off enough to return it.
