    Didn't fit

    Amazon sent me the wrong size., so this is just a review of the Glossies in general.

    This is a nice lightweight bra. It can solve some problem areas, such as lack of upper fullness. Since it's stretchy, it can conceal differing breast sizes. It's also quite sexy.

    On the other hand, it's not extremely supportive. It is SOMEWHAT supportive. I'm a 30FF/28G, and mostly self-supporting, so it's okay for me. If you are not self-supporting, I wouldn't buy it; unless perhaps you wear a smaller size.

    I like this bra, but 34FF is not the size for me. I think I need to go down in the band - possibly down in the cups, too. I can pull the band far away from my back and the cups wrinkle at the top. Otherwise beautiful bra.

    Fits

    The wires on this bra are flat, wide, and somewhat stiff. While it fit me properly, including in projection, it was immediately uncomfortable.

    I only tried this bra in a store and I found it very unique. It has narrow wires but the center gore is quite wide. This bra 'secures' the breast in their position, without anly uplift or upfront effect. The fabric is not very soft.

    ABOUT THIS BRA
    This is a very sheer, seamless, molded, full cup, wired bra.

    Purchasing:
    * $40.90 on Amazon with free Prime shipping & returns (not Amazon Wardrobe)
    * Available in black, white, nude, and ten fun colors.

    Construction: Band, strap, and cup construction identical to the 30F - Gossard » Glossies Moulded Bra (6271).

    ABOUT ME: petite with wide horizontal oval, slightly conical breasts
    * average projection
    * wide-set (3 fingers width of space between breasts)
    * wide roots (extend to the mid-axillary line)
    * even horizontal fullness (just barely outer full)
    * short root height, average vertical placement
    * mix of firm & soft tissue (front molds to shape of bra, sides push wimpy wires away)
    * ... conical shape (but will squish to round)
    * full on top (2/4 shape, not even or very full) - BUT functionally even to FOB due to short roots and soft tissue
    * petite (5'3") so have narrow frame
    * front (anterior) rib flares

    FIT
    Band:
    * length: stays in place with wear
    * wings: height good, smooth line, stays looking good after movement.

    Gore: Comfortable, tacks, good spacing, height fine.

    Straps:
    * not too far apart
    * adjust short enough

    Cups:
    * Wires too wide.
    * Top of cup: quad boob near gore, massive wrinkles in top half of cup (can fit my fist, expects way more upper fullness)
    * Bottom of cup: filled ok but breasts sag below wire
    * Cup apex: too deep
    * Side view: round, tiny lift
    * Front view: wide (east-west) – side support sling not effective, but doesn’t create new bulges
    * Tail of Spence enclosed. Outer edge of cup very high -- nearly in armpit crease.
    * Don't be fooled by the stock photos. This fabric is very, very sheer. Everything shows. (This is a pro or a con, depending on your goals.)

    ASSESSMENT & PLAN
    * Cups too big all over (too wide & too deep).
    * Summary of sizes tried:
    - 34E & 34F: band & cups too big
    - 32E: band fits, cup too small
    - 32F: band too big, cups too narrow and deep
    - 30F: band fits, cups not deep enough
    - 30FF: band fits, cups wide & shallow
    - 30G (this review): band fits, cups too wide and too deep
    * STOP, shape mis-match

    ASSESSMENT & PLAN
    * Cups too shallow (too wide yet not deep enough).
    * Tried -1 cup size (same band, 30F), but not deep enough so breast smushed into armpit.
    * Try +1 cup size (same band, 30G) for more depth but suspect style is too shallow for my shape.

    * feel widely placed but are not slipping
    * adjust short enough

    Cups:
    * Wires enclose tissue nicely AT FIRST, but tissue migrates backwards with movement. (Wires can’t keep breast inside cup.)
    * Top of cup: smooth line.
    * Bottom of cup: wrinkles or gaps (not enough immediate projection at wire), wire pushed down b/c breast looking for space
    * Cup apex: not deep enough (breasts being smushed into armpit)

    Band:
    * stretch mesh
    * Elastic at top of band.
    * Wing support: no seaming or boning
    * 3-piece band construction

    Fit

    About me: petite with wide horizontal oval, ... slightly conical breasts
    * average projection
    * wide-set (3 fingers width of space between breasts)
    * very wide roots (extend past the mid-axillary line)
    * even horizontal fullness (just barely outer full)
    * short root height, average vertical placement
    * mix of firm & soft tissue (front molds to shape of bra, sides push wimpy wires away)
    * conical shape (but will squish to round)

    Cups:
    * WAY too big -- fabric covers breasts without providing any shaping.
    * Wires wide enough (SO RARE).
    * Top of cup wrinkles, despite elastic on the top edge of the cup. Cup is expecting WAY more upper fullness than I possess.
    * Bottom of the cup wrinkles (because bra not providing any support).
    * Don't be fooled by the stock photos. This fabric is very, very sheer. Everything shows. (This is a pro or a con, depending on your goals.)

    Straps:
    * too far apart, slip
    * adjust short enough

    Comfort & Fit Summary
    * Band and cups too big.
    * Try 32E & 32F. (Reviewed separately.)

    Didn't fit

    I liked this bra. It’s extremely lightweight and breathable, yet offers side support. It was a better fit than usual for me, and I was thinking of keeping it until I tried on the Fantasie Rebecca. But it’s going back, and here’s why: It was just a wee bit too shallow in the cups for me and gave me a slightly weird shape under a very clingy t-shirt where there was some tissue spillage into the armpit area. It wasn’t super supportive up front, either, or maybe it just didn’t have enough immediate projection — I couldn’t get the underwires to properly cup my breasts to keep them ... up and off of my skin. As a result, I think I’d get sweaty/rashy in this one, plus the shape it gave me was rather droopy. In addition, the sheer fabric showed in graphic detail how my breasts kind of folded themselves into the cup. My nipple was all smashed looking. It wasn’t nearly as sexy as it looked in the stock photos, lol. Under a sweater, this bra would be fine, but I’m looking for better than “fine.” A couple of final general notes about this one: 1) They aren’t kidding when they say “sheer,” so if you want modesty, look elsewhere. 2) The gore on this is basically nonexistent. It’s so narrow that the cups touch.

    Hasn't set fit

    I'm somehow surprised that this bra is not more popular, because it has quite a few nice features.
    It's quite practical for something looking so delicate. The shape it gives is round and very minimised - it does not bring the tissue front and center, but rather it creates a more splayed shape. This does create a wider silhouette from the front but a flatter one from the side. I actually enjoy wearing it under a swing dress or a looser or more flowy top. However, it seems to have enough immediate projection to work for me, despite being overall minimising.
    One potential fit issue could be the ... gore. It's on the wider side, but because it's also quite low, that somehow works better. The wires are quite flexible but they are still supportive (not as soft as Elomi wires for example). Speaking of wires, I like the way in which they are attached to the cup, as they are completely on the inside of the cup and the cup fabric wraps around them (it's easiler to see in the pictures..). This makes the cup design look more minimalistic.
    My only comfort issue at the beginning was an unusual one. The tops of the wire channels under the arm were somehow rough. It wasn't the wire that was bothering me, only the stiff fabric on the edge of the wires. Fortunately it softened after a couple of wears and washes.
    Regarding sizing, the cups are quite generous so it can be possible to size down.
