    Starting Notes
This is the second of 6 reviews I will do on a Polish bra haul! My New Years resolution was to not let hesitation or fear stop me from doing things, and buying bras is a weak spot for me. I'm constantly afraid of losing money, which means I never try new things and usually just buy bras listed, or buy deeply discounted off of Brastop. I've wanted to really try Polish bras for YEARS, and what happiness did worry and hesitation bring me??? None!! SO, despite a few mild spouts of panic, and lots of process of elimination, I took a risk and ordered... SIX bras ... at once!!! I ordered from OtherEden, and got them for I feel like a steal. I spend about 145 USD, so like $24 a bra, PLUS free shipping, AND the promise of easy US returns if needed. So... I took the plunge!! And luckily was happily rewarded. Now I need to hurry and see if I can get matching panties!! Anyway... On to the bra review!

    Wires
Measures as wide, and does sit a bit wide on me, leaving some empty space on the side. Aren't sprung due to loose band. And despite that, THE most painful wires at the gore! What's with these tall gores and hard wires??! But, they're less of that dramatic deep U shape, which fits my root shape better.

    Cup Shape
Round, but shallow. The fabric is a bit stretchy, so cups are techinically a bit too big for me. I just barely fill it, but hard to tell and still very wearable. Due to the extra seam on the sides, it works as a tight side panel which means I don't slip to the sides of the cups after swooping and scooping. Extremely open on top.

    Projection
Immediate seems pretty good for a balconnette, and there's definitely some at the center. Were the wires narrower, I could see this pushing me front and center more.

    Band
Too big. Needs altering. Doesn't seem to spring firm underwires much.

    Straps
So damned wide!! Attacking my armpits. Due to lace and strap trim, couldn't move closer in. With shortening the band, they'll be closer together in the back at least. Fully adjustable excluding front trim, and I would consider short. I'm petite from neck to waist, and need to start them nearly fully loosened.

    Appearance
Wow!! What stunning embroidery! The photos made it look like RED on black, but actually, it's fuchsia! A bit disappointed as I've wanted a red and black sheer lace bra forever, but it looks SO pretty in person so I can't be mad. Looks good on too.

    Comfort
Gore is MURDER. Would need to replace with softer and possibly shorter wires. I could see straps being irritating to armpit after a while. Otherwise, fabrics are extremely soft.

    Summary
I seem to be charmes by fabrics this time around, haha... Despite the painful gore, I think it's worth keeping. I know how to alter bras so hopefully that will happen soon!! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" />

    • That bra is gorgeous, but the gore bruising makes me cringe! Ouch!!

    • It is gorgeous. I hope your alterations are successful and the bra becomes comfortable for you. :-)

    • So sorry about this negative experience :(

This is the balconette version though, which means a higher gore and wider wires. I have the Eva soft cup from this same, K2XX, series and it fits perfectly and is super super comfortable. It's my favorite non-Ewa Michalak bra.

    • Gorgeous bra. Good luck with the alterations.

    • I tried this bra a while back. I found the same results as you did. But in the size I tried, the wires were so wide I couldn't keep the bra. I also tried a couple other Gorsenia half cups, and they all had beautiful embroidery! I hope you can alter it to get a better fit. Looks nice on you. The more open tops work well with your shape I think.

    • I would be interested in seeing pictures and hearing about your experience with the alterations. Good luck!

    • Thank you so much for this review! I have been eying these bras because those seamed half cups are usually my best fit. But Comexim gores & wires have spoiled me so I've been waiting. And I can see I won't like that murderous gore. :)

    • letstalkaboutbras Have you tried Ewa Michalak HM ? Shes discontinuing them but still has some Sekret Wiltori left.
Narrow wires, comfortable gore...I love mine.

    • AprilGoulding I've *never* tried EM! I am allowing myself one new bra purchase and I'm thinking about a half cup from EM or a 3HC from Comexim.

    • letstalkaboutbras we are in the same size range, and I have CHP and HM as well as BM from EM. If you wanna chat, send me a PM

Sovavosi MamaPagan AprilGoulding Sonya Wilderness1 jazzypants letstalkaboutbras Wow can't believe so many days went by without me replying!! I appreciate all for your comments and feedback. ^_^ And thank you for the well-wishes on the alterations! I've altered a few bras in the past, two of them I still need to update on here, so I'm not too worried about accomplishing them. I just need to order more underwires now haha. And I'm curious to see what the original underwires look like, because unfortunately they feel like punched steel rather than the fully coated underwires. I'm starting up my blog again *gasp!* so I plan on putting step by step pictures there of me opening the bras up and making changes to them.
Again, thank you all, and I hope to actually get my other reviews finished soon... I'm trying to do more structured reviews, rather than review "word vomit," so it's taking more time.
