This is another silky, satiny fabric, much like the Iona, which I also love. Delicate (flat & non-irritating) embroidery covers the cups, which have just a touch of stretch: enough to help the bra move with you & be comfy, but retain its great support.
Also, the straps, while being wideset, are just a tad more inward than the Iona or Arabella, totally eliminating that irritating cutting into the side of your underarm tissue that can happen with other balconettes. Toward the very end of the day, I can feel a little pressure from the end of the wires, which otherwise are nice & broadly shaped & - what I love most about Freya - not too high on the sides.
This is actually one of my all-time favourite bras for comfort. I'm really sad that I've outsized it now, as for my shape, it was without a doubt my most comfortable bra. As is typically Freya, the band is looser than your average 32 band, I probably could've fit into the 30 as well, but I was still happy in this one.
Such a pretty bra! I love the look and fit but the cup size is too small (creating the quad-boob effect without constant adjustment). Wish I would have ordered a 2 cup sizes up/1 band size down (30FF). So feminine and perfect for a petite frame!
