    Didn't fit

This bra has a weird shape and very wide cups. It doesn't work well for full-on-bottom breasts, either. The fabric is nice and silky-soft, and the patterns are fun and nonconventionally interesting. It's a thicker fabric, too, so it'd be good for prominent nipples and/or colder weather.

    Fits

bought this as used, though it doesnt seem to have been used much. the bra is still in perfect shape, band is snug, and no signs of wear anywhere. yay! its a gorgeous bra, and im so happy i got my hands on it (in the right size this time!). the mint trim with roses is beautiful, and that pattern continues onto the straps. the rest of the bra is a pinstripe pattern with varying shades of white, blue, and green. appearance wise, A+!

as for the construction, this is a Freya half cup construction like the Totally Tartan and sister cuts. its got one horizontal seam, but it ... isnt so closed off that i get cutting in. the straps are wider set, like most half cups, but i dont find them so wide that they cut into my arms or fall off. i think a lot of this has to do with the band on this finally being snug enough- i do get strap issues on my 34FF Freya half cups where teh band is too loose even on the tighest setting. the band is just a hair too snug on me, so ive taken to wearing it with an extender to get one more row of hooks until it breaks in. unfortunately i get a large amount of back rolls going on with a proper fit, especially Freyas. i think its because the material of their bands are very thin and stretchy, and if it were thicker that wouldnt happen.

the cups appear to be a bit too shallow at the bottom, as i get some creasing that ive never noticed before. the gore doesnt seem to wide on this, and i dont notice the back and forth of it like i do on my 34FF versions. the wires are about 6.5 inches wide in this size, which sounds too wide going by other bras that fit, but i honestly cant tell where my breast tissue ends so im going to assume anything that isnt uncomfortable is a good fit.

all in all, super happy to have this bra in my rotation! might have to get some light shapewear for a seamless look under clothes because of the way it squashes my back, but its so comfortable that i can deal with it.

    Hasn't set fit

I had heard I might want to size up for this style relative to my unpadded Freya balconettes, which I did. My first thought was that sizing up was a good idea. After wearing the bra for a few minutes, though, I notices that there were wrinkles in the bottom of the cup, even though there didn't seem to be much room for breast tissue down there. Additionally, I couldn't quite fill out the sides near the top. I didn't get to try a 32FF, so I don't know if these issues were really related to size or if the fit was just not right for me.

The style is cute, and the materials were comfortable and felt high-quality.
