Prior to reduction surgery, I owned a deco that did not work at all - my breast tissue just all migrated to the center with no support. However, post surgery, Deco is one of my favorite bras. The smooth cup is invisible under clothes, the firm band helps hold everything in place, and the separation is great.

From the side picture the wires on this bra seem to be about 2 cups too narrow on you. Have you tried an E cup or one cup up?
