    28F

    Fits

Daisy is a comfortable 28F and extremely cute, in the pink & grey color. I love the simple ribbon straps with silver hardware.

The shape is fine. I'm projected so most unlined bras end up bullet-shaped, and in contrast this manages a pretty good rounded shape. The angle shot from my photos shows it best. It's not the most perfect boob shape of all time, but I like it and I'm satisfied with the appearance.

(Ignore any visible quadding in my photos... not the bra's fault, my boobs are swelling a little big for all my 28F's that used to fit fine).

I was surprised how comfortable I ... found it since reviews seem a little mixed. I usually don't like wide wires -- I double checked my photos and indeed I agree, the wires are a little wide! But somehow their shape works on my body. ~boobs are mysterious~.

I don't feel anything uncomfortable under my armpits. The wire internally is not too tall at the side, which I suspect helps.

The band is SO comfortable. I feel like that grey band gives the band this feeling of extra comforting stability that not all my balconette bras have. I wish all my stretch-lace bras felt like this at the band.

I love the lace. It's scratchy on the outside but feels elastic and smooth on the inside, so there's no boob-feel scratching. It's certainly smoother than several of my Panache stretch-lace styles. The outside lace might be scratchy long term.

Wish I could keep this bra but I got pregnant and the girls are already swelling. I'm pretty sure my days of being 28F are about to end so back it goes. This was an Amazon Wardrobe trial and the price was decent at $45.

About me: 60HH in Comexim. 28 band in everything, usually 28F, getting bigger these days though. Projected boobs, a little pendulous, soft and achy from hormones/fertility meds.

    Didn't fit

Okay, so Daisy Lace isn’t for me after all. I thought maybe the 36HH and 36H were too big, but the 36GG is obviously way too small.

Quadding, not enough projection at the bottom, and a new one for me: spillage on the side! The gore comes close to tacking, but still isn’t tacked. The band is pretty snug, I don’t think it’s actually 36”.

The wires felt okay, they weren’t too wide and didn’t appear to be too narrow.

It’s a cute bra, but it either doesn’t fit or gives me mega torpedo shape in the larger sizes, so Daisy Lace is unfortunately a pass. Oh well!

This is my first try with the Daisy Lace Balcony bra by Freya.

As with most Freya bras, this bra has wide wires. Really wide wires. It also has that side pocket where your boobs kinda end up in your armpits. The gore is wider than other Freya bras I’ve tried in the past, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The bra is very pointed at the apex, giving that ‘vintage’ look.

I actually kinda like this bra. It’s cute. The colors of blush and gray (which is also available in the Offbeat Side Support bra) coordinate really well together. The material in this bra is not stretchy, ... so there isn’t a lot of give. I would almost compare it to the feel of Elomi Charley.

The band is comfortably snug. Straps are fully adjustable, smooth, and wide.

The 36H is a little too big for me, but I’m worried if I try the 36GG it might be too small. I think I’ll try it anyway because this bra has really caught my eye!

    I also tried it in 36HH - 36HH - Freya » Daisy Lace Balcony (5131).

    • Yeah! I feel like Freya tends to run big in our size range so I would be curious to see it in a size down on you. It definitely seems big on you, not just in the wire, but in the cup—that will definitely exaggerate the pointy shape in my experience.

I have been avoiding Freya bras because their unlined styles were always too deep at the apex while too closed on top for me. Still I purchased this bra because of the stretch lace in the top section, and I'm so glad I did because this bra is so beautiful and surprisingly fits well.

There is a good amount of projection with narrow wires. The stretch lace accommodates top fullness and tall roots very well. The wires are very U shaped which gives me room at the bottom of the gore that other bras don't. They go outwards not as rapidly at the bottom-inside. The gore is too high and wide for my super close-set breasts so I'm going to overlap it. Overall this bra gives a much better fit than expected.

Thanks for the detailed information about the gore! So helpful.

      This is gorgeous on you.

    • Love4Pollinators You're welcome! I now realize the width at the bottom of the gore is just as important as that at the top. It's a pleasant surprise how much this bra fits me!

I'm not sure if it's a projection issue, but my breast tissue was not able to sit in the bottom of the cups. This bra runs large, I may have been able to try another cup size down, but the wires were already too narrow. The gore is narrow which is great for me.

I am close set, center and top full, projected, wide roots.

This bra is cute, it gives a pointy shape and has super tall cups. It literally hugs my tall roots perfectly. However the cups are way too wide and the band is too big.

Tried on. Lovely feminine colorway and lace and the potential to be quite comfortable (if the shape worked). This is projected verging on pointy, almost retro, but the projection is in the upper half of the cup, not down at the wire. I suspect the 32G was on the large cup size, but am sure if I went down to the FF the very closed top of the cup would cut into my tall roots. Oddly, the band seemed MUCH bigger on the top hooks than the bottom. I have a rib flare so I’m used to hooking the top 2 rows one tighter than the bottom, but this was particularly noticeable.

This is a lovely bra - one I wish I could keep, but it isn't quite a perfect fit for me. I end up with a tiny bit of extra room/fabric at the bottom of the cups which makes it feel as if the band is slipping, even though it isn't. Great bra, otherwise!

Gore narrowed, wires overlapped. God mode activated. While others get bored and seek something to provide cleavage or address managing bulk in clothing, I'm out here dumbfounded that this time, a bra has:

    1. Enough space for center fullness to abide unhindered. Just chilling. Because the gore is a scant .35-.45 wide.

    2. Somehow managed to let the lower inner cup remain rounded rather than straining at an angle, between wires and everything on the other ... side of the IMF

    3. No pulling breasts apart east-west, and the usual smashing inner breast flat that seems to always happen with that

I'm much too used to an entire cup (or both) enclosing only 2/3 or 3/4 of my breasts volume and just. You know. Sitting right on it, scooping be damned. Perhaps Freya daisy runs large since this isn't occurring?

Still, this bra fits me a size too small. Perfect support and nice band tension, but the cups feel shorter and open on the outer sides. Whee, let it all hang out.
While they are not gaping like Curvy Kate's are plagued by, it would be nice to have that last inch of containment where my breasts are deepest/forward projected. Something to reign in the escapee side titty, which is by far a non-issue in contrast to the vast ways which most bras have shoved the whole boob out and caused quadding on whole new levels. Daisy isn't crushing me where it counts.

Daisy has pretty good immediate projection, great lower cup volume, a little closed off on top for tall roots. It's projected for sure, but I wouldn't class this as a narrow + very projected style, more of a very deep + upper fullness friendly type. As a hybrid of tall-wide root/short-oval-full breast shape, very surprised how well Daisy showed up proving how not shallow it is! This style could might benefit by having narrower wires installed, which would resolve some of the tendency I'm seeing in the lower cup for my breast's vertically challenged, functionally full-on-bottom habit to pull any stray fabric down and climb over it like a couple of spoilt toddlers.
