Awesome. Awesome. AWESOME! This is my first bathing suit to fit since middle school! AND it is my favourite colour! With polka dots! Eeeeek! Okay, so other than being beautiful, it has enough support. If you want a bathingsuit though that is like a bra, this isn't it. There is a halter neck to allow you to choose how much support you want, (or cleavage). One thing I am not too sure of though is that there is no padding, so nipples can show. I am not a big fan of that, but I'll survive. There is a seam though that you can position your nipples along it ... which hides them ish. Many people won't be able to do that though since nipples don't really have a designated spot. I am a 30G in a Freya Deco, but using bratabase, I realized the band would be too tight in the bikini if I went with a 30G, so I chose a 32FF. If they made a 32FF 1/2, that would be perfect for me. Fits wonderfully in the cups but I look a bit obscene (and strangely like a football player) in a bikini top. Great profile under a shirt, but the too bold pattern was visible under my t-shirts, so sadly had to return.

Bikini top fits at least one cup size smaller and cuts at the top. The design is cute, so I'm sad it doesn't fit

I bought this when I was at size 30DD, but fits as 30E as well. The cut is pretty forgiving. It's very flattering for shallow boobs, but will work for other shapes as well.

The band is tight which is a surprise in a Freya bikini.
Everything stays nicely put while swimming and moving, even after hours.

Despite not having wires, the bikini top does a great job at centering the bust and even creates a nice cleavage!
It's a bit flattening from the side, but not too bad as the padding keeps the overall look balanced.

The only small letdown is the thick material... it takes a long time to dry completely (but maybe that's because I'm not used to padded bikini tops).

Very cute bikini top! I ordered this online, hoping it would fit (I'm usually a 28E-F). Turns out it was too big and wrinkled too much. If this was a bra I could probably overlook this, but I was worried since I would be swimming in it. The band is firm considering there is only one hook. I ordered a 28E later and it fits great. Really love this piece.

I wore this swimsuit for one season and now it's too big, but I still wear it. It's the best swimsuit I've ever had! It dries fast, looks classy, and makes me feel like a bombshell.

Great for swimming. I usually wear it under a rash guard. I preferred to size up a band, because I was concerned about only having one clasp. I think the band runs true to size, though. This is my preferred bikini top, since it gives great support and a nice uplifted shape without showing a ton of boob.

I love the print on this set so much that I bought it not having any idea what size I really was. This was my very first purchase coming from a decade of Cacique's 38DDD Smooth Balconette (a great bra, but it probably was never an actual fit). I had no experience with UK sizing and no concept of a cup size above DDD (even though I was probably a 34J at the time).
So the review that follows has nothing to do with "true to size" because I was in no position to judge that. If I had to guess, I'd say it was true ... to size because I promptly had the band altered be because it was waaayy too big. Then I put darts in the cups in an attempt to bring the cups in because the band was still too big. It made it wearable but I've since purchased a replacement in a more appropriate size.
The fabric is lovely, the style is adorable, it's fully lined, the cups are 2-part with vertical seams, quality is excellent and it's very comfy.
The gore is low, but it's not so plunge-y that the girls would fall out (if it fit). The straps are fully adjustable. The wires & wings aren't too high, but there are plastic stays stitched in for extra support on the wings.
The briefs are equally fab with reasonable coverage front & back.
Every girl should have one.

I like this bikini so much I had a too-large top altered down, then bought this one from another member when the first one was just too big.
Unlike my bras (which I prefer to ratchet down), I like my bikini bands merely snug so as not to emphasize my back's squishy bits. Also, a little quadraboob doesn't annoy me in a bikini the way it does in a bra. This slightly altered 34GG meets those expectations perfectly.
The cups are constructed with a vertical seam joining the 2 sections and they have a cute style. The wires are a little wide, but not too tall, and ... are comfortable in all directions. The wings have plastic stays covered in fabric for extra stability and the whole thing has a mesh lining.
The straps adjust fully.
The band has a single color-matched plastic clip that stays put.
The print is fresh and pretty, and there's a blue and white beaded dangle sewn at the top of the left cup where it meets the strap that matches the dangle on the bottoms.

I got this when I thought that 28D was the logical size to wear if one wore 32B in the past. The Freya St. Louis Sweetheart Padded Bikini Top has a half cup construction, with vertical seams only. The rounded shape is fabulous, the bra fit is excellent, and it seems comfortable. I returned it because the colors, which from reviews I expected to appear red and white, turned out to be orange and white. The product description in this instance was more accurate than the reviews. If you do well in half cups and like that rounded profile and cakes on a plate cleavage, you will like this cut.

Wow I’m so underwhelmed by this! The print is so cute, but the whole cut and construction is no good on me. If it weren’t for the cute polka dot print it would look like a full-cup bra! (and it’s labelled as a plunge!) I wouldn’t mind some higher coverage if the support was superb (like in a bra) but – those wires are too weak! It feels just a tad more supportive than my 36H - Freya » Eden Balconette Bikini - Gg+ (3198) in the wrong size and much less supportive than my 32J - Curvy Kate » Bondi Breeze (CS2001) ! The gore was not tacking and the wires were too narrow. It did not provide much uplift.
I expect more from a Bikini with such a price tag! I returned it.

So my tight band measurement is 29 and loose is 31in. Standing bust is 38 and leaning over is 41 (averages at 39.5in), I have soft tissue. So, I originally bought a Miss Mandalay bikini in 30GG and it was way too small, at least 1 band size and two cup sizes too small. So I made the assumption that swim wear must run small, and perhaps a 32GG would be better. So I was pretty excited when I found this Freya 32GG listed on here! However, Freya must run true to size, because the 32 band is too big for me, and the cups have some wrinkling ... on top indicating they are too big as well (not surprising, as if I wear a 32 band I would need to go down in the cups). The swimsuit is very beautiful, though, and honestly I am tired of the back-and-forth of online shopping. So, I will keep this bikini and simply take the band in an inch and hopefully this will correct the minimal cup wrinkling. If it does not, than I will take the cups in a tiny bit by the gore, as well. The material is very stretchy.

I ordered this swim top as a sister size since it didn't come in a 34H. I expected the band to be a little large and the cups to fit. The band is perfect, however the cup is at least one size too . I'm hoping no more than that since I've already re-ordered in a 36G. It's a pretty bikini, and comfy from what I could tell. I also wouldn't call it 'padded.' It's thickly lined. Standard S-clasp back, fairly thick straps.
I'd recommend ordering a band size up, and at least one cup down.

I measure 28.15 but sizes up to a 30 for comfort.
The bikini top feels a bit tight and after S&S i get some quadboob that goes away after a few minutes. I have quite shallow breasts and could possibly try another cup size up but this will do for now.

Love this bikini. It's up there with the freya eclipse as the best bikini top ever. Great round shape, very comfortable, yet still shows a nice amount of cleavage. I can't stand all the fabric with bikinis in large cup sizes, I feel like I have a huge towel around my boobs, making me look even bigger breasted. This bikini is different though. I never have to adjust, everything stays in place. I normally wear a 32gg in most bras. I bought this in another color but bought a 34ff for the second one. The 34ff fits better but I can still wear the 34g. 32g would fit the best but I just bought what was a good sale.

I love this top! It's my first bra sized swimwear and it's super cute. I do spill over the top a bit and the cup doesn't quite encase me but because it's a tankini top, it doesn't really matter all that much. It fits very close to my body and is extremely flattering.

I was really excited about this one and was a bit let down. It's difficult to get into, there is a hook and eye closure for the bra portion but it is inside the actual suit. The closure does little for support, I feel no difference between the third or first hook. Trying to get out of this one will require being dry I think, and probably sober so I don't poke my eyes out on the gore. While it feels and looks great on, I doubt I'll be buying another freya tankini top. Also, the bottoms on these are rather skimpy.

I really like this swim top because it gives me support while being comfortable. The cups are a bit generous, and I feel like I could've gotten away with a size smaller. However, the back doesn't adjust at all, so I'm a bit worried that after a season of use, I might have stretched this out to the point of having to move the back clasp. I guess time will tell.
