    Didn't fit

    MOST BEAUTIFUL OF ALL BRAS, but I get a bit of quad-boob. It is on the shallow side for Fauve Padded Half Cups. Gives beeeauuitful cakes-on-plate, though, and is itself lovely, with silvery embroidery. It's a real princess bra!

    Having tried several Fauve Padded Half-cups in 30F, here is how well they fit me, from best to worst. Better fits are deeper and/or more open on top.

    Used to fit

    I returned this bra soon after I bought it. The fit was great, just like the vast majority of 30F Fauve padded half cup bras I already owned. The color, however, was a dark, brownish purple color. I thought it would be a clear jewel tone, like the dark blue Fauve Marla. This one was still a nice color, just not for me. I never wore the purple one and returned it to House of Fraser immediately.

    Didn't fit

    I bought this a while ago because it's so pretty. It's a gorgeous color with lovely details. After learning about tissue migration, it no longer fits me and I've got some quadboob going on. It's too pretty to part with though, so it's going into my 'too pretty to get rid of' drawer with other ill-fitting bras. I'll use it as lingerie, but it's not good for daily wear. Like all Fauve bras I've encountered, this one is top notch quality. I would recommend it to anyone-provided you are in the right size!

    Fits

    This bra is really comfortable and gives me a great shape. Obviously the decorations show through thin shirts, but I don't mind this at all. The band feels a bit on the wide side, but it stays in place in the widest hooks.
    It might be a good replacement for the Merissa HC (I'm not a 100 per cent sure about this because I only ever got the chance to try on the Merissa in a 30D, which is too small for me), and I'd definitely say it's a great bra for wide root shallow breasts.

    Didn't fit

    This bra is a little too big in the cups for me. I usually wear a 30E in Fauve padded half cups, but I quadboob ever so slightly out of that size, so I tried the 30F, but it doesn't quite fit. It is a great cut for shallow breasts and has wires on the wider side. The straps are fully adjustable and have a decorative gathered-ribbon sort of treatment that is also very grippy and keeps the strap adjusters from slipping. Like other Fauve bras that I have tried, the band is quite loose for a 30. There are lots of beautiful details, like the extra decoration around the closure in the back and the multicolored bow in the front.
