    Didn't fit

The colour of this bra is actually beautiful blossom pink, but the original photo from my smartphone is too gray, so I added a filter to show a better view.

The cups of this bra are very projected. They cannot spread out on my knee. To take measurements I need to gently bend the cups down and make a pair of marks with my pen. Unlike other bras, this bra give very few pressure to my conical, even and projected boobs. It just let them to be naturally pointy. I think I need some time to get used to this shape. The fabric of the cup top is a ... little bit baggy, but still ok for me.

My most dislikes of this bra are the straps. They are rather seperated and not elastic enough. I had a struggle to adjust them properly so they won't slide down from my shoulders any more.

The band is super strechy. I would say it's a 31 band rather than a 30 band. It fits my 75 cm ribcage very comfortably.

The gore bottom width is 4.5 cm, the cup top depth is 22.2 cm.

And anyway, belleandblues thank you for the recommendation.

Edit on 20.04.22: Finally I still decided to return it back. I felt maybe my roots are too tall for this bra or the cup are a little bit too separated for me. I have very slightly quad boobs around the center gore.

Edit on 20.04.23: I am still not sure if I will keep it or not. I adjusted the band to the shortest and found there are no quad boobs anymore (and also determined that I have extremely high set boobs.)

      Very pretty embroidery!

Thank you for the comment, but I still want to return it back. It is not perfect, I can see very slightly quad boobs because the cup top is not stretchy.

Hey, this looks pretty good! I agree with you about the center gore issue, I also have that sometimes with Fantasie styles in particular because for some reason they do not sit right. I feel that the wires are just a little bit too firm. If it isn't cheap enough to keep (because it's so pretty), I'd agree about sending it back too.

A lot of Fantasie bras are that shape, and I've found that Elsie/Camilla/Frances is the LEAST pointy of all of the models I've tried. I have a bunch more coming in the mail but at least now you know how this brand fits you. There are others that I've reviewed that are super pointy and you'll want to stay away from them entirely.

Btw one thing I've found that makes these Fantasie unlined bras look really nice and smooth is if you are able to buy a foam cup insert and put them inside. I just got a pack of these things from Amazon and they work amazingly inside unlined bras for giving a smooth shape: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071YDJ7T7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Hey, you know what, I finally find the cause of the wires that didn't lay in my IMF. Actually my boobs are extremely high on my chest. Because of the ill fitted bras with too big bands at my teenage, I never have had the right feel of the really supportive cups and always close the bra too low on my chest. For this Fantasie bra, I need to adjust the strap to the shortest to make the wire sits at the right place, then my quad boobs are generally eliminated.

It's not an expensive bra, I got it from the sale of Poinsettia online shop with about 30 EUR.

    • smjwzhan makes sense! I also noticed in this style that I have to wear it a bit higher up than normal to get the wires to sit right.

Btw I just received my Susanna. It is similar but the shape is rounder than Elsie. It also has textured straps so they should stay in place better. I recommend looking into it to see if it might work for you!

Thank you. But I just decided to try a 30FF Cleo Marcie and Comexim Victoria 2HC/3HC in 70H. Last night I adjusted the straps of my 32E Marcie and 70HH Victoria 2HC again, then I tried them.

Just as you said, I found the 32 band of my Cleo Marcie is too loose and the cups are also too small. My fatty tissues under the armpits were squeezed to lumps and the band rode slightly up. The cups were very full filled but they got slided down again after some body movements.

The cups of 70HH Victoria 2HC are however a little bit too big for me. As I pulled the wires into my IMF, there was empty fabric at the cup top.

smjwzhan I hope the 30FF Marcie works out for you. I liked the way the previous Marcie looked on you so crossing my fingers that this is the perfect size!

When we wear bras that are too big in the band and too small in the cup, it's normal for cradle to be sitting too low and the back to be sitting too high. I had the same problem for a long time and didn't realize until more recently that my natural breast position is really high up when I'm wearing a properly fitted bra. I think that as we are wearing bras in the correct wire position and in larger cup sizes, it's natural to run into the problem of sides coming up too high or straps being too wide set. You almost never get that if you wear a small cup too low on your body!

I emailed Joanna to ask about modifications to the 3HC I tried for future orders since I found it to be too shallow and she suggested increased depth and reduced cup height. Could you order 65HH or 70H and ask for increased depth and reduced cup height? As long as you find the size with the right wire size, it should be easier to adjust depth and height from there. Personally, all of the Comexims that fit me in wire size and depth are too tall for me, I am going to order everything from now on in reduced cup height because of the issue I described above.
