Given my measurements, I've been told to get 30C. I tried on 30C and 32B in the same model and 30C felt too tight and 32B felt great, but I do have to wear it on the snuggest band setting. Feels light and holds all my side breast tissue in place. Looks good with or without a shirt. Top of cup is starting to roll out a tiny, tiny bit. Hopefully won't get worse over time, we shall see.
