This bra is wearable, but not a great fit for me. The padded cups sit weirdly against my breasts, like they are too stiff and straight up and down or something. Pretty bra though! Runs loose in the band.

This bra is a pretty in person as it is in photos, but unfortunately the mesh overlay is not tightly sewn over the the cups, and there is some loose material on the lower half of the cups. It's not really visible under clothing, but it annoys me a bit. It fits very similarly to the Tease Me bra, and gives me great lift.

The underwire is not nearly wide enough, and the gore comes up very high. It sits low on the torso. When freshly scooped, breasts spill a little over the top, but they quickly migrate down. The lace on the edge of the cup shows through shirts.

I always heard that the showgirl bras run small in the cup, but I find that to be more true of the Tease Me (haven't tried the Thrill Me) than of the Fleurty, which seems to run more true to size. Someone suggested that that could be because of the higher cups in the Fleurty, so I measured the Fleurty against the Tease me in 28G and 28F. For the 28G, I came up with 5 3/8" (Tease Me) vs. 5 6/8" (Fleurty). For the 28F, I got 4 5/8" (Tease Me) vs 4 7/8" (Fleurty). The Fleurty certainly seems to be consistently higher in the cups, though ... that alone doesn't necessarily prove or disprove anything. Either way, I find that I need a larger cup size in the Tease Me than in the Fleurty, so I wouldn't recommend sizing up for this bra like you would for the other showgirl bras. Of the two bras, I vastly prefer the Fleurty. It gives a lovely rounded shape (I notice that the lace/ribbon on the top of the Tease Me can give the impression of a flattened band across an otherwise round silhouette) with beautiful half moon cleavage, though I would prefer a tiny bit more lace overhang at the top to smooth the transition from bra to skin (the Tease Me does this pretty well). Also, I find that the Fleurty makes a better (though not great) t-shirt bra than does the Tease Me, thanks to the relatively finer detailing on the lace and its fuller coverage over the surface of the bra as opposed the more noticeable lace/ribbon band on the Tease Me.

This particular size is too small for me by a couple sizes, but I don't find the bra to be uncomfortable. Take that with a grain of salt, if you will, since, as sensitive as my skin may be in other ways, I seem to be relatively insensitive to bra discomfort.

The band on the Fleurty is very stretchy (I would probably be happier in a 26 band here, if they made one) and might be more comfortable for people who are new to their correct band sizes and find them to be more unpleasantly constricting than they're used to. There are a lot of complaints about the gore on the showgirl bras, the Fleurty included, but I only found it mildly uncomfortable at first and ended up getting used to it fairly quickly. Now it doesn't bother me at all. That said, I found it more noticeable on the smaller cup sizes, since the gore doesn't come up as high in those. The higher cup sizes, like my correctly sized 28G Fleurty, come up high enough in the gore to miss the more sensitive spot on my sternum that was being hit by the lower gore on the smaller cup sizes. Your mileage may vary, depending on your body proportions, relative sensitivity, etc.

I really love this bra for it's beauty and design. It was one of my first purchases in trying to find the right fit. The band is slightly too large, but I can wear it on the tightest hook. The cup fits strangely. In most respects it is too small, but there is extra fabric at the top that stands up just a little higher than my breast tissue. I still wear it with a cami or with extremely low cut tops. I have side spillage because the cup is too small in the wires. I don't know if my current size that I now know to fit in Curvy Kate (34F) would fit better. Since this is more of a special occasion bra and not an everyday bra, I'm keeping it. It is a little uncomfortable to wear for more than a few hours because it cuts in at the armpit.

  6. Oh. My. Gawd. This is the best fitting bra I've had yet!

FIT/COMFORT: The band is the perfect combination of stretchy and supportive on the loosest hook. The straps don't cut into my armpits or fall down my shoulders. The wires are comfortable even without breaking it in or washing it- no digging into my sternum or armpits. The gore tacks. My boobs feel 10 lbs lighter (which is apparently what they weigh, based on my boyfriend holding them up while I'm standing on a scale).

The cups have a smooth line- no wrinkling, gaping, or folding over at the ... bottom. I'm on my period right now, and despite having slightly larger boobs than normal, there's no quadboobing! The Fleurty must run large in the cups, because in Curvy Kate, usually I would need a 30HH (in the Thrill Me, for example).

LOOKS: The cleavage is spectacular- full and lifted, but not in the bad way, where it's up to my neck. The shape is lovely and sexy- lifted, round, front and center, perky yet natural, not pointy at all. (My breasts are full in the bottom). Nice projection- this bra is not as shallow and wide as other CK Showgirl bras. And it's really pretty on- the color scheme is cute and, well, flirty, without being gaudy.

This is a match made in bra heaven! Why on earth did CK discontinue this one?

I got this bra on sale from breakoutbras. I read the reviews on it and saw a lot of people said it ran large in the cup and small in the band so I stepped up from my normal 30H that I wear in most Panache and Freya. Overall, I like this bra. I am wearing it right now. It is a good work bra. It is stable and keeps everything in, it is bouncy but still supportive--- However, it leans toward a half cup and it is RIGHT on the verge of having my nipples pop out- but the frilly fabric on the cups just keeps them ... in. Also the straps are adjustable but they have a lot of Stretch in them, so you might have to readjust them midday as they tend to slip, stretch out. I could probably do with a tighter band as well.

Bra would be great if I had ordered it in "the correct" or a different size but it was my first CK bra and I was trying them out, again on the nonreturnable deal from breakoutbras.

I want to try more of the CK line.

    28G

    Fits

This is my favorite bra! I have it in three sizes (28G, 28FF, 28F), two of which are too small, because I didn't return a couple of earlier orders like I should have. Nevertheless, I can wear all three sizes without having obvious quad-boob underneath my shirt, since the design of the bra manages to work with my breast shape/density to minimize (28F) or completely hide (28FF) the size problems. Although not by any means a t-shirt bra, I regularly wear it under heavier, patterned t-shirts and it gives a very nice, rounded shape from the front and sides. I've heard a lot of complaints about the gore ... painfully hitting the sternum, but didn't find it to be that much of a problem, even though I don't have much padding on my rib cage (for reference, I'm 5'9" and 125lbs). Also, I only noticed a problem with the gore on the too-small bras. Once I sized up to the 28G, the gore didn't bother me at all. I assume that's because the gore was high enough to not hit the bony spot that was causing discomfort in the other sizes. I think this bra makes my breasts look amazing, both under clothing and on its own. If you have shallow breasts, this is definitely a bra to try. Oh, and if you have nickel allergies you will probably have to replace the rings on the back of the bra (the ones that connect the straps to the bra), since they do contain nickel. Of course, if you're only mildly allergic or don't wear the bra very much, then you might not have a problem.

When I first got this bra, I thought it fit. However, the reality was that it just fit better than my other poorly fitting bras. It is still too small n the cup. The under wire on the side cuts into my breast tissue and it doesn't go up high enough. It has the slightest quad boob effect and it is a bit too separate for my breasts which tend to be very close together.

If the bra is hooked on the first hook, the edges of the band seams are very scratchy and hurt. Hooking it on the second hook solved the problem.

It is pretty but the lace ... folds on the cups mean it shows lumps in a tighter/thinner shirt. You couldn't wear it with everything.

The straps are almost perfect. I have pretty narrow shoulders and straps tend to be a big issue. The straps on this didn't fall off, but they feel a little bit like they are too wide set/loose. However, this may also be part of my adjustment to wearing properly fitted bras as I am used to wearing the straps super tight to compensate for the lack of fit in other areas

  10. This bra seems to fit better over all than any of the others I've tried thus far. The band is comfortable and stays in place and wide enough to give adequate coverage without being matronly. The cups fit well and even though my right side is a bit smaller, it still fills out the cup well enough so there is no gapping along the top as I have found with other bras. The contour of the underwire is perfect for my shape, though it could stand to extend about half an inch higher under my arm. That said, it doesn't feel too short, it's ... just that, at just shy of 50, my skin seems to be detaching itself from my body in a way that it didn't even 10 years ago and it would look much better contained within the cup/wing area under my arm! Not a huge deal, just a minor detail. The bra itself is lovely and I like that it pushes the girls together and lifts them up where they ought to be without the use of padding.
