My favorite and most comfortable/best fitting bra I have at this time.

Update*** It it very boxy and it just real sad looking when you look straight on. I still like it, but will probably not buy anymore in this cut. Wires are just so very wide.

    Didn't fit

UPDATE: I have since discovered that the Emily fits me best at size 28H. It's one of my all time favourite bras. I still find the band quite stretchy hence going down a size, but overall I have to go up a cup size in Curvy Kate.

I bought this bra in a 30G when it was on sale, which is my usual size in other brands. It gives good support and the band fits true to size. However, the embroidery on the cups does not sit flat against my breasts. With movement throughout the day, I start to spill out of the cups. However, there is a lot ... of wrinkling and gaps on the side, so it seems I'm not quite filling the cup. I tried the 30GG and was literally swimming in fabric everywhere. Going down in cup size would almost certainly cause quadraboob. I guess the style of the Emily doesn't work with the shape of my breasts. It might be a better fit for wide set breasts. The first time I put it on, it poked at my sternum constantly. When I wore it the second time it had already relaxed a bit and the poking was no longer an issue, so I'd say that the band stretches quite quickly. Overall, it's still a good supportive bra that I wear several times a week, just not under t-shirts.

This did not work well for my wide root, shallow breasts. It spilled over on the sides & my cups did not fill out well.

Gorgeous color with contrasting embroidery. I'm not usually one for pink but this is more of a salmon and rose color that I like.

In terms of shape: Straps are a little wide so I may move them in. This bra gives a naturally uplifted shape. I like the cut of the cups - supportive without covering me practically to my collarbones. This bra will work with most of my scoop neck and some of my v neck clothes.

The material of the cups is stretchier than I'm used to. This is probably part of why the bra is so very ... comfortable. The material doesn't detract from support as far as I can tell, but does mean my breasts seem to jiggle more when I walk. The band itself feels good right now, with an even pressure along my back instead of tighter lines of elastic at the top and bottom, as some brands of bra use. In the past, Curvy Kate bands have stretched out quickly. If that happens I'll have to take the band in.

I was worried the single layer of mesh in the upper part of the cups would stretch more than the double mesh to the lower/side cups, resulting in a kind of middle-of-breast quad boob, but I haven't had that problem. Overall a cute and comfy bra, and that breezy mesh will be a relief when summer hits.

I have the grape/black colourway - it's GORGEOUS! It's such a regal and elegant looking bra. The material is SO SOFT. I'm so in love! I don't think any other Curvy Kate bras come close to matching Emily in terms of looks.

I got a size 30GG in Emily because I'd heard Curvy Kate runs small and I'm on the larger side of a 30G. I think it fits decently but I'd like to try a 30G as well.

Fit wise, the straps and underwires are too wide for me. If I'm moving around a lot, Emily is pretty unwearable because the side of the cup chafes the front ... of my armpit. If I'm just sitting around though, it's the comfiest thing. The side profile is actually nice and round for me. The only issue is the placement of the seam - because it's so much lower than the seams on Cleo unpadded balconettes, when the seam shows through it gives the illusion of downward pointing boobies. When you can't see the seam, it looks somewhere in between Freya pointy and Cleo round. It's less uplifted and more relaxed than Cleo, which is a nice change of pace.

Technically fits, but wires are too wide for my narrow-rooted comfort and cups a bit shallow for my round shape. Otherwise, very pretty on & off, practical, well made bra.

I thought this bra would fit me the worst out of the Curvy Kate bras I ordered, but it's not as poor as the others. I think the smaller difference between the two fabrics, that of the solid portion at the bottom and the mesh at the top, aids it's fit. The top still wrinkles and gapes a lot, the wires are too wide for me, and the straps are too wide set so they cut into my arms/armpits. The bottom of the cups is filled and until the diagonal line, it fits pretty well. The embroidery is beautiful, though, and I love the color scheme.

    Hasn't set fit

This bra was the wrong shape for me, the material at the top of the cups wrinkled because my breasts didn't fill it out all the way. Really pretty, I wish it had worked out.

I love the sheer fabric, it's sturdy and pretty. Amazing support, boobs will be put all day. Has a good shape under thin clothing. I didn't think this bra shape would work for my shallow breasts but it does. The band is stretchy but fits me well, exactly what I need.

Months later: bra still going strong. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

The very first time it was quite comfortable, despite realizing that band is a little loose and cup seems not to fit enough on the upper boob (but well, just place for migration). But after wearing it more the underwire begun to poke into my armpits.
The bra is well constructed and cup width seems correct (when I look where the wire pokes, there are stretch marks exactly where my breast begin on the sides), but maybe I would need more separation between breasts.
Concerning bra itself, I like it a lot, with the lace and transparency. I like the finish and it's quite resistant and I think that if I had taken the right size it would have been more flattering for me and my breasts would be more "lifted"
