This bra is the budget version of Elomi Matilda, but do not pay more than 20£ for this, it's not worth it.
It's basically the same bra just with some triangle design instead of the Matilda dots! Only the material on Matilda feels higher quality.

The Center Stage has a really low gore, it's a true plunge. The cups are average width and height, the wire does not come up too high on the side. The band is on the stretchier side. There is a J-hock on the straps to make the bra a racerback. The material as a bit cheap feeling mesh with triangle embroiderie, which feels a ... bit scratchy on the inside. No stretch in the cups at all.

What did not work for me:
First the band is too large, it's very stretchy.
The straps are too short even on the largest setting for my frame. I'm moderate tall, 170cm.
The gore digs into my sternum and is very uncomfortable, despite even wearing a too large band. And I only size up in band because I cannot stand painful wires.
The vertical cup seam is weird and cuts into my flesh... I think I need to add a pic to show it.
Also the material was not to my liking...
I will give up on CK non padded bras... they do not agree with my shape and I am very dissapointed with the cheap fabrics.

CK has also been very very inconsistent with sizes lately , moreso than ever before and it wasn't uncommon years ago when I was buying their bras. My most recent have been two dotties in the exact same size and then they weren't even close to each other size wise, so weird. And yes, the materials are cheap and scratchy and I've yet to try a CK bra that feels good quality.

Not hating on it, just I gave up on them.

I don't hate the shape on you (with the tshirt on) but the one seam cutting into your tissue is ugh.

    • That's annoying that it got worse with size inconsistencies. Makes you not want to buy these bras especially having to to order them from the UK. I think I am done too. I get lured in by cute styles and the sale price on brastop, but most have dissappointed me. The daily plunge had a silky soft fabric but the constuction and weak fabric was so soft my boobs fell out of the cups. The moulded / padded ones are probably the best in fabric / quality but looks like the discontinued most of them. I like that CK does 3x3 hooks on their G-cup bras which most other brands don't do that's why it's sad they don't make better bras.

That seam was so weird. Maybe it's a production error or bad construction overall? Looks like they sewn that seam in a too tight setting?

Frustration/Impulse purchase right after receiving 28G Tango, and the next day Tango was 2 sizes too small. Was watching this one, and kind of interested in the colourway but suddenly finding nothing fit at all, sealed the deal.

Like Tango ll, the top is too closed off and pushes into my tall roots, and cup rides down into my side heavy breasts that were just ... getting by with the little bit of space this style affords. Unlike the extremely round Tango plunge, these cups are wide & super shallow on the side. However there tons of nice depth at the wire and lower cup volume here, yet gore stabs for no apparent reason? At least it's not mad at my functionally FOB short breasts, I'll take it.

Net is rough, unsure how breathable it is in this high humidity. The lace on top has sleek embroidery with smooth threads; it does not stretch at all but has a barely stretchy elastic inside upper band. Upper band is supper small compared to the amount of upper or apex volume I have, it kind of pulls the cups into a bad position so will be removing/adjusting this silly thing STAT.

    Fits

I will admit that I'm not keen on the aesthetic of this style, but the fit and support is great. It's a fuller coverage plunge, a bit Elomi Matilda-esque, with 4-part cups. The shape it gives is separated and contained within each cup with a decent amount of projection. It is made of rigid, non-stretch laminated mesh with top cup embroidery; the fit can feel quite neat, especially along the neckline if your breast tissue is fuller and firmer like mine. The brand has a fit tip on their site to suggest using the j-hook if you experience this digging in along the neckline, and I agree it ... definitely helps improve the fit. It isn't something I'd generally buy based on the look of it, and the fact it's fuller coverage which I'm not a fan of on myself, but I feel like it's a great addition to Curvy Kate's range and may become one of those bras I keep in my rotation for practicality. I also really like the cross-over centre front; I sit at a desk most of my day and this little feature makes it pretty much a bandless bra so is really comfy on my upper stomach!
