    Fits

A bit too much in the armpit. I got a lot of irritation from the two times I wore it in that area, but apparently every bra I'll ever have will hate my armpits and cause them grief. I do need the next cup size down sadly, but it's a gorgeous bra and I love the beige they use.

    Didn't fit

    Wow, so. Ok. Lol
This bra is too big, obviously. It looks comical.
I have a half inch to an inch extra space on top, but the bottoms extend far enough for me.
I can't comment on wire width or much else, becuase the cups are simply too big for me.
The band in the 60, definitely stretches to 30. It's very stretchy, which I was banking on being as I'm not quite 28" underbust.

I do like the material a lot, and I'm excited to receive my 65G from Comexim.
Speaking of which, I recieved a 65F and this, which fits more like a 65H, both today.
The 60HH had cups too big ... ( at least on top), and the 65F had cups that, earlier I thought were only making me quad slightly.
I'm definitely keeping it, but as the day went on, I realized that the bottom of the cups were too small and makes the cups stretch (which someone pointed out on my fit request). I'll go into more detail about that later on my 65F Comexim Emanuelle review- being as I'm procrastinating with a project right now and don't have much time/ also feel that's more appropriate.

Because of the 65F being just slightly off, and the 60HH being probably an inch or so off up top, I have a much, much better understanding of what I need in Comexim. I already have the Basic in 65G on the way, but I really believe I need shortened cup height and a higher gore.
I almost fall out of my Emauelle, but that may also be because it's just slightly too small. The gore in the Basic looked like it'd be fine in a size down. I'm hoping that cup height won't be an issue in 65G, but we'll see...

I want to mention that the padding in both Comexims is very minimal, and "flimsy" similar to a Freya longline--not moulded. Others informed me of this before I purchased Comexims, as I don't care too much for stiff moulding, but I wanted to include that in my review. I love love love the padding in both my Comexims.

Anyway, yeah. I have tall "roots", narrow boobs and need projection. I'm mostly even, but functionally FoB. If you're FoB and think you're in between sizes- as far as I've experienced thus far, I'd maybe go for the smaller size because the two I have measure fuller on top. If you go for the bigger size and maybe if you have short roots or even long, shallow roots, try getting shortened cup height.

Also, this 60 is stretchy, but the previous owner mentioned that it's always been. I think I could easily wear a smaller band in this, but the 60 is comfortable to me (and now I'm even more worried about my 65G).

That's about all I can say for now, as this is too big on me so anything else might be inaccurate.

I had the same problem with the Emanuelle.
I think you're on the right track with the Comexim sizing. I have a Basic in 60H which fits well in the cup, but my band is *tight* and I use an extender.
Anyway, it's a sister to 65G. I'll post fit pics of it tomorrow

    • jlcl119 Yeah, it's so close!! The comfort is amazing though. Luckily I have soft tissue, because I think being squished a little bit might be uncomfortable with firmer tissue. Regardless of being slightly small, I forgot I was wearing the Emanuelle most of the day.

I pretty much hang onto my VS because their material is amazingly comfy, but I think I'm about ready to let them go after realizing that more cloud-like, better fitting, and prettier bras are out there xD

Anyway, thanks for letting me know! I'll look for the fit pics tomorrow :D

Queequeg0925 They're up! They should be here http://www.bratabase.com/bra/dlufu/ if that doesn't take you to them it's a Basic 60H, mine are the run with the black Frenchie in the background.
You can see in the one that the gore doesn't quite tack. It's usually closer than it is in the photo, but my arms were above my ears to take the shot. Also, the wrinkles are only there from holding my phone.
      I hope they help!

    • jlcl119 Super helpful! Thank you so much :)

I think it looks great! it's unfortunate that the gore isn't tacking :(

    • You know, somebody mentioned on my fit checks that Comexim wires are softer and I may not get a tack from them. I think they're right.
With the Ingrid and Irish Coffee, the non-tacking gore interfered with support and comfort after a few minutes and I fell out of both.
In this it doesn't and I've worn it all day playing with an active 6-year-old, so I think they're floaters for me.

    • jlcl119 I've heard that a few times also. I've been seeing that a lot with the Joy Longline, and idk, I think it might be worse because it's a longline without boning, and people say the band is looser. I think that can affect tacking?

I'd assume whoever suggested that is probably right because the cups look good from the photos, and if you can be decently active in it, then it's very probable that it's the wires :)

    • jlcl119 I just got my Comexims!
The gore doesn't tack in my Basic 65G either. But geez, the cups are nice *_*
Just thought I'd let you know- I'm assuming the wire thing is true :)

    • 1

Your Basic looks great on you! As far as the gore, I think it's nice. I get such a hard tack from my Ewas that the soft tack on the Comexim is a nice break. I just finalized my reorder of my Ingrid and Irish today, I'm eager for them!

The Joys look nice too, but I think you can do better. Maybe if the HC is comfy keep it, but I'd sell the longline. Maybe even both then reorder....
      That's my unsolicited suggestion :)

    • jlcl119 Thank you! :)
I hear you. I have a Freya Rio, Fantasie Evie, and I think my Deco Vibe, and the gores can become really painful to me. The Basic is super nice.

Good luck with the new Irish and Ingrid! I really hope they work out for you :)

I agree about the Joys. I think I'm going to take a few days to think about it.

On one hand, I really want them now, so I feel like I ought to keep them, but then again if I'm buying such good bras, they might as well fit right, right? :P

I'm really distraught about the 70 band, but I like that bra more. That's probably the one I'm most likely to sell and repurchase though.

And the Longline, I definitely think I need a fit check for, because I tightened the straps and it stopped the gapping on my right, but I'm still not sure.
The wire width kind of bugs me, but the actual cup depth is surprisingly 8-8.5"

  3. I exchanged the 65J for this, and I'm glad I did! No more quadboob, but the wires still feel like they encase my breasts well. I might be imagining it, but it seems like the straps are a little wider than the 65J? But otherwise, I'm pretty excited, because it seems to me like a good fit. I think in an ideal world the band would be a smidge longer, but I anticipate that it will stretch out, and I can fit two fingers in as it is. I'll try to update this review once I've given it more than a ten minute wear, but so far I ... feel optimistic!
ETA: Okay, I've warn this for several days now, and I'm still pleased. I don't notice the band at all once I'm actually just wearing it, and not hyper-focused on bra fit. I love that the wires seem to actually go around my breasts, instead of too wide and too low like my other bras. I think it's really pretty - a good basic beige t-shirt bra, but I love the little decorative bits like the lace edging. In an ideal world, I think the straps would be a little closer together, but they don't slip off my shoulders as much as my other ones. Basically, I feel really good about this bra. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

    Fits

This bra has a UK size tag only. This change has been made for Canadian distribution. I have the Comexim Pantera in 70H and it is slightly small so I went one size up with this one. At first try, I had a small amount of gaping at the bottom of the cups by the center gore. I fixed this by inserting the cookies from one of my Ewa Michalak bras. This is a very comfortable bra and gives a nice rounded and uplifted shape. The seams do show a bit under a plain shirt.

    Didn't fit

I am seriously frustrated with these Polish bras. The conflicting fit advice is maddening. There are people with 27" UB that say 30 is too loose, others say too tight. This bra is so far off from fitting me it is absurd. The band is so tight I can barely hook it, the cups are too small as well. My UB measures 26-29" and OB is around 35". 65G might be OK in the cup, but I doubt the band would work. Great quality and I would love to have some of these bras, but the process of finding a fit is outrageous. I hope once I find a size that works it will work in all styles, but I doubt it. Why aren't there any standards and/or consistency? argh.

I believe the basic is said to run small in both band and cup

    • From experience, Comexim runs tight in the band- so I size up- and the Basic runs about a 1/2 cup smaller than other cuts. I'm having my own run around with the Basic so I absolutely understand your frustration!

    • Thanks to you both! It seems crazy to wear a different size in different styles of the same brand, but even worse I see reviews of the same exact bra in the same exact size with conflicting statements about band size. It seems as though there isn't even consistent sizing within the same size and style sometimes. I used Wellfitting's size calculator and opted for the comfy fit suggestion on this one.

    • Basic's band is not really tighter than other Comexim plunge styles (unless it's black fabric, which for some reason tends to be a bit tighter). Not from my experience with the 70Gs I own, anyway. Sounds like a 70H should work better for you?

    • I meant 70F. You'd probably do better in a 70F. Derp.

    • I feel you - I'm selling a Basic right now for this exact reason (except the cups do not remotely fit in mine). If it fits OK in the cups you could try an extender to save returning it?

    • 1

Thanks all! I think I will return it and try a 70F. Thankfully I bought it from Wellfitting, so I am able to send it back for an exchange pretty easily. The extender helped, but the cup is still too small.

  7. Best fitting bra so far! A tiny bit of quadboobing, but it doesn't show under shirts, and I've heard Basic is prone to this because it runs a bit small in the cups.

I really like the set of the straps, and the wires are the perfect width. I guess I must be narrow after all.

The gore could be lower. Maybe next time I will order from Comexim directly and ask for a lowered gore.

The stitching shows through smooth, tight tops. It looks like I have a dent across my boob.

    55J

    Didn't fit

I usually wear a 28G (band too loose in them, so my size is a 26GG). I was disappointed that this didn't fit, as, according to the website, a 55J had the same cup size. Will return to Wellfitting and exchange for a 55K.

Fit: Wires are lovely and narrow, the only bra I've tried so far that has wires narrow enough for me!
Overall construction: High quality, all the elastic and stuff was very firm (so I would think it would last for a while).

Comfort: It was a little uncomfortable in the cups, but that was purely due to me spilling out of the cups and ... jiggling around
More comfort: band was firm but didn't dig into my 25.5inch ribcage (which doesn't have much fat on it).
    Straps were wide and comfortable
Wires were also very comfortable, no digging in at the sides

Design: the bra is darker than expected, or maybe my skin's lighter than I thought! The lace on the upper cup was more prominent than expected, but didn't show through a t-shirt.
I love the design of the bra otherwise, it shows that nude bras don't have to be boring in the slightest!

    Didn't fit

The 55E is also a 26DD according to the wellfitting website . The cups run 1-2 cups smaller. I am very petite (5'0" 94 lbs. 26.5 under/30.5 on bust) and small chested. I used to wear a 32A before I wore bras that fit me properly. Technically I should be a 28C, but comexim's smallest sizes are 28d and 26dd, so I ordered both (took 3 weeks for it to be processed and shipped to the US. Expect a wait) so i could try them, especially since other's have mentioned that the bras run small.

The 28d fits wonderfully. It's a good amount of tight, but not too ... tight. Incredibly comfortable. Looking at the large cups with very little padding, I was worried it wouldn't fit but it does.

    Update on 26DD:

This 26dd bra has a tighter band which can leave red marks and be uncomfortable. If you would like to wear the tightest band possible with my measurements, this would be it. Also, with the tighter the band the more the cups expand, making them seem shallower. This produced a quad-boob effect, but I was able to fix that just by adjusting the straps looser.

Again with either a 26dd, and a 28d, they're a cup size smaller so they are actually really 26d and 28c. Keep that in mind.

    --

On another note, I also recommend 30C the little bra company bras for my measurements, not 28C bras. They run a cup small too! Thanks!

  10. This bra is gorgeous and gives a great, uplifted, rounded silhouette under clothing. I wasn't sure what size to order, but Amelia from Wellfitting suggested this size as we have the same measurements and she wears a 75G in Comexim. It's slightly too big, but I'm not sure if a 75F would fit or be too small. The band is perfect, I usually wear 32/70 but a 70 in this would have been far too snug. Slightly visible seam under thin shirts, but much less visibility than I was expecting. I might try this in a cup size down just to see, but overall I'm very happy with this!
