This bra is quite wearable with an extender, but I find it to be a little tight in the band for me right now without an extender.
My stats: FOB, close-set breasts with narrow roots, projected, center-full, average root height. I find that Comexim padded plunges and unpadded 3HCs work well for me, and also Ewa Michalak BM.
This is vintage Comexim, lol (like from 5 years ago); the cups are super comfy, they make my boobs look amazing [imho, lol] and fabric is super soft and luxurious!! : ) I love it! thank u Anya99 for your fabulous collection that you are selling. ...10/10 seller!
Anyway, what to say about this bra that I haven't said before about Comexim (one of my favs...): it is typical Comexim, high quality construction, lovely design, soft and comfy materials. I don't feel that anything is scratchy or irritating my skin in this bra. The cups seem super deep - I mean, this is a sister-size down + 1 cup than what I normally wear, I'm not sure if the construction is different from years ago- I honestly haven't tried enough comexim bras from years ago - but the band does seem tighter than when I tried a newer 65K plunge bra last spring (from Breakout Bras), FWIW.
Anyway, I do enjoy this bra and it's pleasant design: when I wear it with an extender, it does give me strap gap - and I've noticed this with both of the bras that I wear with an extender - the extender makes the straps in the back a little bit wider, giving me some strap gap in the front. Ideally, I wouldn't have to use an extender for these bras, so that's why I usually get a 70 band : ) but I saw this bra on the listings in size 65K, so I just had to buy it. After all, it was on my "wish list"!
I noticed (I don't believe this bra has alteration at all) how petite-friendly these bras are: if you notice in the pic from the side, I have a lot of space between *where the cup ends* and my underarm. The cup height is fine for me on the side(for reference, I'm 5'7), but this makes these bras particularly good for petite people/people with short roots and/or high-set breasts, imo. Another amazing Comexim Plunge from Custom Curves in Dartmouth, NS. It magically fits both breasts without gaping or quad boob despite a full cup size difference between the 2. The padding is very light and thin and feels kind of like spacer foam. The outer fabric is soft and luxurious and so pretty- an aqua green with taupe pattern, trimmed with lovely taupe lace. The cups are a bit tall for my short breasts, but they nip in perfectly on top so there's no strap gap. The band is wonderfully snug, stretching to just over 25". Cup width is pretty good- just a smidge too wide but not uncomfortable. Same with strap placement- a bit wider than I need but not eating my armpits. The shape it gives is great- streamlined from the front for a slimmer silhouette and projected from the side with a rounded, subtly peaked profile. I can't quite get the wires into my IMF, but it's not too far off. Overall, a great fit, I think.
This is the narrowest, most projected Comexim I have ever seen. If you need that in a bra then get this one!
When I bought this about 6 months ago I had to wear it with an extender, and the wire dug into the outside of my bigger boob. Just now after measuring it I decided to bend the wires out. DUH. So, the measurements I took were with the wires as shipped, but the photos are with them bent slightly wider.
The combination of 6 months of breaking in and the wire alteration lets me wear this without an extender! I am not 100% confident that this runs small or tight in the band because it took me so long to measure it. :/ However, the 55E - Comexim » Mirage Plunge Bra (352) that I received in the same order was comfortable without an extender immediately.
I love shiny, soft fabrics and this bra delivers in that department. I use this as a nude bra and when I want to look extra projected.
The Angelina is so beautiful! The fabric is soft and silky, and I love the muted green and beige pattern. The lace overlay looks nice, but if I were to re-order I may see if they could do it without, as I think the stylish zig-zag stitching would show through in thin shirts. The band is lined with a power mesh, resulting in a nice, firmer band than the single-layer Comexim bands.
This bra was much too small on me, resulting in major quadding. It also had a reduced gore and overlapping wires, neither of which work for my breast shape. Definitely considering re-ordering in a larger size with some alterations.
omgosh this is SO pretty & so comfy! i feel like a snob because i found my "perfect" bra! comexim has the best wires for me, and i'm able to go a cup size up to get the immediate projection i need, and then alter the gore down/closer (i'm extremely close set,) reduce cup height, add an extra row+column of hooks, etc. its AMAZING. so now i buy the "softest" or "silkiest" that i can find, and get them w/cookie pockets (those are cotton) and I've been in HEAVEN... the fabric on Angelina is breathtaking, the gold accents make the bra look like its almost glowing. Amazing!

Straps moved in, lowered & overlapping gore, cookie pockets, 3x4 hooks, (possible lowered cups)
This bra is so much more stunning in person than it is on the Comexim website, which seems to be quite the norm. The gold and green are perfect shades to compliment each other. The material is a satin, with lace trim at the tops of the cups. It runs very firm in the band, and unfortunately, this one did not come with my requested alterations, and is the standard plunge style. I have ordered it again with my alterations, and am so excited to get it, because it is that beautiful https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
My stars, it's even lovelier in person! Satin mint green under a slightly cool/silvery milk chocolate brown, with the pattern of a floral stained glass. The inside is the usual foam-like soft cotton material, with fully adjustable straps and simple bows of the same beautiful brown on the gore and strap/cup border. Slightly smaller of a 65K than the 2 3HCs I have, but that may be the difference in shape and coverage than anything. It's elegant and an understated stand out aesthetically.

Overlapping wires, straps moved in, cookie pockets
Well.... I love its looks but the cup shape doesn't match my boobs. It's a shame because this bra gives the killer cleavage....
About the fit, The cups are narrow and too closed for my fot-even boobs. I think it would fit fob breasts better. And the cup size runs large a bit, not a entire size but more projected than other comexims I've tried. Comparing to my current uk size, it fits like 34h/36gg, imo.
For reference, I wear em in 80hh, curvy kate 34hh, cleo 34h~hh.
This bra's measurements have been altered
Moved in straps 3.5cm, lowered gore, narrowed gore, wider wings
That fabric is gorgeous!! It reminds me of the Masquerade Rhea, with the wide lace sewn on the top part of the cup. The fabric is satiny but not overly glossy, it looks and feels very luxurious.
I ordered this with the alterations: - reduced wing height, wire lower under the arm by 2cm - reduced centre gore height - cookie pockets. The gore was also made overlapping.
Regarding the fit, the band is very tight. I'd say this fits like a tight 34 band or a 32. I always wear 34-36 bands and for me it's way too tight, I can barely fasten it. Which is understandable, at 28in unstretched and barely 33in stretched. I would say this fits like a 75M.
the band is really tight, rather fits like a 70 EU / 32 UK-US as I could barely fasten it with a 6cm extender whereas my 80 Audrey from Comexim is nearly too big. Since my boobs are really soft, I have a very slight gap on the top of the cup for the smallest one, but the biggest one fits perfect - except that the center gore doesn't tack, so that it is probably one cup too small. The center gore is quite high for a plunge, I was used to Panache Masquerade's low center gores which suits me as I get sternum dislocations when the center ...gore is too high. Not a problem here though since it doesn't tack. The fabric is beautiful and very classy, it does look like Masquerade fabrics which I loved but their sizes run too small for me now. My supposed size is 36KK. So basically I should have bought this bra at least 1 band up. Projection is really nice, it really gives my boobs a rounded uplifted shape.
