Bikini from the Breakout Bras final sale section, the matching bottoms were $10. If you look on the Breakout Bras website, and press the "sizes" tab under any Comexim bra or bikini top, you should see the "Comexim Polish to UK Conversion Size Chart." So, this chart tells me 32HH is equal to 70L in Comexim sizes (EU sizes). I think this is the best size for me; I mean, you can still tell that I have asymmetry, like my left side is bigger than my right side, but this is the compromise. Note: I did follow Breakout Bras recommendations for finding correct size, i.e., I went up ... two cups UK from my measured UK bras size (32GG to 32HH), I know that is confusing, but their sizing advice did work for me. at this size at least.

Wow, my first Comexim bikini, this is very comfy. The polka dots are actually navy, not black. TBH, I have been wearing this sometimes as a bra in this hot summer weather, like instead of going to the pool, I'm just ready to sweat!

My shape is somewhat projected. I have narrow, short roots. I'm functionally full on bottom and center full.

The gore dug into my sternum for the first few wears. It doesn't anymore after breaking it in and it is extremely comfortable now.

It's the perfect bra for me. The underwire perfectly encompasses my breasts.

The shiny (satin?) material on the outer left cup looks a little weird because the foam inside came with a deep wrinkle that I can't fix, so the cup is a little deformed that way in that specific spot. But I don't mind at all.

Anyone who says "Freya are a quality, affordable brand..." are suspect for a being a shill for a lingerie marketing firm (cause no one would say that). THIS is what you want, lol. Esp. if you have a narrow and projected shape.

But you might want to stay off of reddit, lol, if your looking for bra; I spend the last couple days blocking suspected shill accts on reddit, and I've already blocked thirteen accounts! there are so many! For the most part, they stay on reddit, but one shill goes on reddit, and also does the Instagram. the lingerie marketing shills often refer to her (they only ... promote three bra brands, and three bra stores, and amazon, but I digress).

The issue I have with her (the IG "bra lady") is that she pretends to be all "bra education" but then shills the same brands that the lingerie marketing firm promotes (Wacoal-Eveden brands, Panache, and Bravissimo) For stores they promote Bravissimo, Brastop, and Bare Necessities, and often amazon as well. (guys there's tons of better stores than that. Also, Belle Lingerie is cheaper and better selection than Brastop, but whatever) It also crushes me that I gave her a very affordable option for 24 - 26 bands (Gaia Samira) and she never mentioned that option in her list of resources. It's like she's selling something.

I love this bra, and I got it for $21!!! Clearance last Dec.

I know the band looks quite tight, but the band is so comfy. I must like my bands like really ridiculously tight. Comexim bands are firm and stretchy. Now I have been around the block with Polish bras, I like Comexim bands.

addendum: if you need more proof, scroll down from this post, "I'm so glad I found this post! I feel the exact same way. I personally have no idea why Freya, Panache and other brands like this are considered the standard, besides the fact that they carry larger sizes." Um, shills. That's why. I can honestly tell you I like all of my bras, and I'm not a small size either. https://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/comments/10438eg/add_me_to_the_ranks_of_the_confused_and/

It also bothers me that the I.G. bra lady goes onto reddit and "asks for pictures" for her bra education project - without disclosing that she "works for the man." If I knew my pictures were going to *not just* bra education but also to shill lower quality, made in China items. (like, essentially just to oppress other women) I wouldn't have volunteered., it's wrong not to disclose that she shills for a lingerie marketing firm; it's esp below the belt to ask for "volunteers" when we don't recommend those brands.

    • I noticed today on her IG acct, she said (like 8 hours ago) "I have big new job coming up," or something. Okay, odd. because I called her out *yesterday* for being a shill. so, now she's suddenly going to announce, "oh I have a *new job* working in lingerie marketing*

No, you always did. just did not disclose and beg for pictures. Super creepy!

    • 1

Hold up, this is the first I'm hearing this and I'm intrigued. I know I've recommended those brands, however in comparison to my $10 Walmart and ill-fitting VS bras, they've always felt amazing. Low standards I guess lol.

    • 2

I don't think it's as sinister as anyone (or many people) being paid 'shills'--it's just people good-intentionedly repeating the advice they've most frequently heard and/or the brands that work best for them. If US bras are too wide/shallow, it's good to rule out UK bras before ordering from a site where you might have to sacrifice $7-15 for return shipping. And I recommend shopping on Amazon not because I want to support Amazon (on the contrary) but because I know many Americans rely on it, and it's an easy, familiar option--I feel like the online ordering aspect is the most intimidating hurdle for many people trying to find ABTF!

What happened with TheIrishBraLady and images being used in ad campaigns?? I'm not in the loop

You know it’s funny I come across this because I had someone give me advice and even sent me a few links for some recommendations. I definitely felt like it was out of genuine kindness and maybe cause I even sounded desperate for help and no one replied lol. But she’s got zero bras listed as owned and no pictures or anything but I noticed she’s giving advice to people… so that was odd to me. Now my brain gears are spinning.

    • 1

@Vluna, I'm definitely not saying that everyone who recommends Wacoal-Eveden brands (that includes a whole bunch of lines, Freya, Elomi, Fantasie, Wacoal, B.tempt'd. Goddess https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wacoal) are all shills. Or everyone who recommends the BraLady account are paid to do so either.

But, two weeks after getting r/Polishbras taken down, so I have free time, I began to notice there are definite shills on reddit. Like, I blocked 13 accounts. I don't know how many people that is! but I could only see how many accounts there are. Here is the pattern.
OBSERVATION ONE: They only recommend 3 brands 1) Wacoal-Eveden
      2) Panache
      3) Bravissimo *which is a little tricky because Bravissimo sells both Wacoal-Eveden & Panache, as well as their own line.

OBSERVATION TWO: they only recommend 3 stores. Bravissimo, Bare Necessities, and BraStop.

One shill is like, "BraStop, BraStop, BraStop!" even when it doesn't make sense. It's fine for people in the UK, they have free returns. But for women in the US, there are other stores with easier returns. It's kind of better to use BraStop from the US, only if you know your sizes, in my opinion. and don't plan to return things. Bravissimo is better for people in the UK, too. in my opinion. I know they have their own line, but it's nothing to write home about in the large-cup sizes.

OBSERVATION THREE: they will subtly put down other brands when there is nothing wrong with them. I mean, I've notice this is a sales tactic other stores use. But for some women (in certain sizes/breast shapes) Auden bras from Target are fine. The brands they shill for (Wacoal-Eveden, Panache, Bravissimo) are all made in China as well, so it's not like the shill-promoted brands are more ethically-made, or better quality, or something. They brands they shill for are cheap. (They're not Empreinte, that's all I'm saying).

OBSERVATION Four: they will refer to the "bralady" account, who today - I noticed - was like, "Oh, thank you to my 18K followers." Well, anyone can pay for fake followers, LOL, so I take that with a grain of salt. Her account is highly suspect because she recommends the exact same brands as the shill accounts, and all the shill accts reference the bralady acct on Instagram (not that it isn't informational, it is. But it is HIGHLY UNETHICAL for the bralady acct to go online to reddit, beg for bra photos of women, and then use the pictures as a PLATFORM to shill overprice, low-quality bras to unsuspecting women. Like, it's very oppressive. Buying those low-quality bras is a lose/lose/lose situation. A) The woman has to overpay for it B) It's uncomfortable and it makes a woman feel bad about her body to have to be uncomfortable all day. C) They are low-quality so they are soon going to end up in the landfill, so it's polluting the planet. D) None of those cheap brands that the shills promote are OETEK certified, so the fabrics are most likely laced with chemicals. like endocrine disruptors.

I analyzed my own account on the website. Fake Follower Checker https://www.inbeat.co/fake-follower-checker/ It gave me a score of EXCELLENT. LOL.

Seriously, the shills are some kind of part-time job, they aren't paid by the companies directly, but by a lingerie marketing firm. One the susepcted shills posted her salary as 19K/year, she is also a student, so it is some kind of part-time job. (She deleted her account, but I had previously saved her relevant posts to an internet archive), then in another post she mentioned WFH job.

Just from my own run-ins with the ABRaThatFits forum,

Oh my gosh, I love this bra - COMFORTABLE! It's like my breasts are supported by two pillows instead of two bra cups.

I can't believe this was on clearance last Dec for $21, absolute steal for this quality. I tried to compare the shape of the two different Comexim padded plunges cuts: like this is their standard padded plunge, but last Dec. I also got Topaz from Breakout Bras, and the Topazes were sewn up for B.o.B. in Comexim's "deeper plunge cut" pattern.

You know, I feel like these both fit though (both styles). I tried to compare in this photo from the side https://www.bratabase.com/picture/dm9ge/ ... Comexim's regular padded plunge cut (Lilly) vs. the ones Breakout bras had done in the deeper plunge cut (Topaz - I'm not sure if Breakout Bras has any more in this style) and from what I can tell there's more "immediate projection" in their deeper plunge cut. if that makes sense. that's just to my eye though!

The moral of the story is, if you order Comexim's deeper padded plunge cut, go down one cup size if you are similar breast shape to mine.

Edit: I just wanna add my stats, in case people have a similar breast shape and are thinking of trying out comexim. FOB, narrow & projected, center-full, average root height, close-set breasts. Breast tissue: somewhere between soft and firm. I currently measure about 32GG UK, but I chose to go up 2 cups UK for this bra (which is following the sizing advice given for the brand Comexim on the Breakout Bras webpage). Following the chart they have on their webpage, 32HH would equal 70L EU. So that would be the size I would order if I purchased directly from Comexim.pl in Poland.

Edit2: I do live in Canada, so when I did buy these last December, I actually bought a total of four matching sets on clearance (the bras were each $21, IIRC, and the matching panties were $10), I did have to pay a very modest amount of duties, I believe it was $18 usd. But this was totally worth it b/c I bought eight things, lol.

I have to come back and measure this bra when I take it off because I’m currently wearing this.

I had trouble finding this bra on Bratabase, I hope this is the right spot to put it. I remember seeing the name “Marica” on Bratabase and liked it, and randomly came across one secondhand on another selling app. It’s tagged 28GG from BOB but then seller says it’s a 60J Comexim Sizing. That sounds about right, compared to a few other bras I have tagged with Comexim sizing. This Padded Plubge bra is gorgeous, and while it’s does not totally fit, it’s a little small (especially at certain ... times of the month) but it feels a lot better fitting than some other bras I’ve tried recently. It fits much better than my 28G Gloria Plunge, which is way too small/shallow and felt like it was sitting on my breasts (maybe boob hat scenario?) This one doesn’t have an issue with cup height like my 28H Comexim plunge, which kind of feels like there’s excess space due to the tallish cup height and my narrow shoulders which can make some plunge cuts go slack. I’m thinking some Comexim plunges might be a little too shallow where I need them. This one does feel like it contains me, I’m just mostly center full and close set when supported so I have quadding. This feels two cup sizes larger than my 28G Gloria plunge, which is wayy too small. I have to measure both. I’m deffiitly getting rid of the Smaller one but may keep this one, since my weight can fluctuate and change my cup size some.

Other notes. I find this very comfortable. Some comexim 28 / 60 bands are a bit firm for me (my underbust measures 28inches normally) not sure if it’s because this was slightly preowned or if it’s just not as firm as others. or has 3 rows of 3 hooks, which I like (I prefer bras with more than 2 clasps) I also like the wire shape. Sometimes the gore wires kind of come up on my tissue, but that’s because I’m very centerfull and it’s not a prefer fit. I love the black lace over tan overlay.

This bra, and the style in general, works well with my soft, full-on-top breasts. It's supportive and so comfortable! I love the forward-rounded silhouette my breasts assume in this bra. My improved posture while wearing it is a bonus.

The color is beautiful. Not the boring beige that I quickly jotted down. It's more of a champagne sandstone, offset with silky ribbon edging. My photos do not do it justice.

Yes, I love my Champagne Baby. She makes me feel so good.

Edit: I adjusted the measurements. After not wearing it for a while, it seemed tighter in the band than my other 28Gs from BOB. I re-tried 2 other 3HCs in the same size & visually placed this bra side by side. This half-cup measures shorter unstretched and stretched compared to the others.

I love this bra. It works well with my full-on-top, asymmetric, soft breast tissue. It’s my 4th half-cup 3HC padded bra from BOB. I've considered sizing up in both the band & cup size, but overall it is SO comfortable. I love the narrow wires and the shape I get under clothes

I used an extender for the first several times I wore it. Shortening the strap on my smaller side helps.

    I hope I measured correctly.

This bra comes in 70H / 32FF on Breakout Bra's website. It's a 3-Part unpadded half cup bra, which means that there's next to no projection at the wire for me. This bra also looks near-identical to the previously sold 3HC on BreakoutBra's site - the Comexim Onyks Non-padded Half Cup Underwire Bra (CMONYKS) . The red-on-black fabric selection is very striking.

I think I need a bigger cup, since my (soft) breast tissue all fit into the cup, but it was too tight. The straps were also too short.
Anyway, it has a little projection at the wire, but not enough for me.

Listed as Sonia on BreakoutBra's website, this bra comes in 32FF / 70H according to the size chart. This is probably the best fitting bra on initial try on, and we'll see if the mesh is itchy or not.

It's a very, very vivid red, with eyelash lace on the horizontal seam. I assumed that the upper straps were detachable, but I guess not.
It's got mild projection at the wire, and less immediate hauling that my Basic Plunge has.

This bra fits perfect in the band for me. I would recommend trying two at a time with one cup size up and another one that is two cup sizes up when ordering from BoB. The straps were too far apart for me. I am a 26ff/g, projected, slightly fob, and close set. This bra was the closest I’ve gotten a gore to tack, but it still is too far apart for my boobs.

32FF ABTF size, short narrow roots, firm, immediately projected tissue, even fullness.

This is one of two bras in my second order of Comexim by B.O.B’s, and this review will be very similar to one I did for the other bra, a 32GG Comexim Basic Half Cup 3HC in Nude.

I ordered two sizes up from my UK size per the B.O.B suggestion for a good technical fit. My first order prior to this one was another half cup model in a 32G that was just a touch too small, but is a good cleavage boost option. The 32GG is a good daily fit for my characteristics, but is ... not a 100% technical fit (but I don’t think any bra truly is). The top of the gore did not completely tack, and the cups on this one were slightly looser at the top than the Basic Half Cup 3HC. Not gaping, just not as firmly pressed to the tissue. Overall though, the cups were filled out nicely, straps are wide set (but OK for my broader shoulders, would be an issue for narrower), wires almost perfectly follow the IMF, band is snug but not too tight on loosest hook, provides a very nice, rounded shape. Neither the gore or the top of the cup observation is uncomfortable, and this style is generally a much better fit than any moulded bra I’ve tried on (with the exception of the Panache Cari), so I will indeed be keeping this as part of my daily bra rotation.

Edit 04/06/23: I wrote my first review based on trying on this bra for ~10 minutes to take notes and pictures. I later wore it for ~4 hours and it turns out the gore not tacking IS an issue. I was getting some gaping at the top of the cups, indicating tissue was shifting. I thought perhaps the cups were a bit too large, but when I pressed the gore to my sternum, I not only filled the cups again but had the itsy bitsiest bit of quadding. Unfortunately, this pushes this bra into the "does not work for me" category after all, and I believe I need even more projection at the apex.

Because the gore is not uncomfortable and I've only found one bra that it actually tacks well and fits everywhere else (Panache Cari), I don't mind that it misses this technical fit checkbox. It does have seems which are barely visible beneath clothing, but given how many moulded bras I've tried that do not fit well (gaping, wires too wide, empty space, etc) and I wanted more variety than just 6 Caris, I also don't mind this tradeoff!

Edit 04/06/23: I wrote my first review based on trying on this bra for ~10 minutes to take notes and pictures. Although I haven't put it on again, I did wear another bra I received in the same order in the same style but different pattern (Panther 3HC Half cup by Comexim, also in 32GG), and it turns out the gore not tacking IS an issue. For reference, I have short, narrow-ish roots, with even fullness and very firm self-supporting projected tissue (augmented). I found this bra during my hunt for a molded t-shirt bra, but none of them had enough immediate projection without being way too wide in the cups with wires extending far past my tissue into my rib cage. The one exception is the Panache Cari, which does fit pretty well and has good immediate projection, but is also only available in neutrals, and wouldn't be suitable for a lower cut or skimpy top. So at this point, I decided to try a Polish bra as I've read so much about ... their great projection on reddit, and figured I could use it to help identify a better t-shirt bra if nothing else. I saw the Nina on Breakout bras and followed their recommendation to size up one cup for a slight cleavage boost (32FF -> 32G). When I tried it on, the immediate projection bra spirits rejoiced, as did my boobs. The cups are very supportive and do indeed give a nice uplift, and the wire actually follows the edge of my breast almost perfectly. The gore is very narrow (good because my breasts have no "give" in the middle), and the straps are thick and supportive. I will say it's not a perfect technical fit; the gore doesn't tack, the band is a bit stiff (that was expected), and the straps are also on the tighter side and wide set. I'm not surprised the gore doesn't tack as this is a cup size too small, and while I don't mind the strap width, if you have narrow shoulders this would not work for you at all. The best part is, is that even when I tried this on with one of my thinner shirts, the lace edging was barely visible, much less so than I was expecting. Overall I was very pleased and immediately went on Breakout bras and purchased another bra in the same style but different fabric, and sized up one more cup for a better technical fit for daily wear (32GG).

My bra came with an overlapping gore despite coming from Breakout Bras directly. It also seems to run a bit smaller, and fits more like I would expect an E cup to fit.

Perhaps it's due to my short roots, but I have some moderate gapping at the top of the cups with this model. In the 3HC, the 30FF gives me some very slight quadding, so I figured that 30FF would be okay for the plunge style, but I suppose not. I should have sized down to a 30F for this one.

That said, I do love the look of the bra. I'm a sucker for anything lace.

This bra was purchased from Breakout Bras and is sized as a 34G UK. It's a non-padded bra. The wires are a good width for me but the straps are a bit too wide for me and they cut into my tail of spence. The cups are also a bit tall but I do fill them up mostly my smaller bust has a small wrinkle that isn't noticeable under clothing. That being said it's one of the better fits that I currently have it still lacks enough projection at the wire for me though. My tissue does push the wires out of my IMF and I can only ... wear the bra for about 7 hours at a time. My measurements are loose under bust 33.5, snug 32, tight 30, my bust is standing 41.25, leaning 43, laying 41.5. My shape is splayed, narrow and extremely short root with immediate projection, full on top but functionally full on bottom due to very little tissue below the nipple, and leaning more toward center full. I need a low gore and overlapping gore because of how tissue connects.

No complaints, it's very comfortable. I love how soft the material is. No longer fits so I may reorder in my new size.

Very Comfortable, but need a larger cup size with reduced cup height.
