Firm, tight band. I could maybe use a 30F, but since swimwear stretches with wear, and this is only slightly small/quadboob, I am going to keep it. I prefer to be "strapped in" when on the beach.

Slightly tight band. Would want a 30F since I feel like there is sometimes quad boobing at certain angles and slight gaping when I bring my arms forward
