This is my second Bravissimo bra - I was weary of the brand since my first bra, 30FF - Bravissimo » Tanzania Stripe (AU41) was way too big in the cup. This one fits very nicely, the cups are filled and the band is nice and snug (altough I got it used, so I think it would have been a tad too small for me in the band if it was new).
6/17/15: Update: This bra is still cute and wild, and I find it fits much better after my weight loss. I was 30 pounds heavier when I purchased this back in 2012. That said, the cups contain my bust with no quad-boobing and the band is very comfortable on the loosest set of hooks. I hadn't worn it much due to the ill fit when I was heavier, but find I reach for it now that it fits much better. I do feel the wires are too wide, but don't really poke me so I can live with it. The cup still gives a bit of a pointy ...look, but I think that is just the cut of the bra and under the right shirt can still work for me.
5/2/2012: To tell you the truth, I purchased this bra because of the pattern and color. It is definitely wild. This is my first Bravissimo brand bra so I was unsure of sizing. I purchased a size 28GG, but I think I should have purchased an H cup, but it fits well enough none the less. The band fits well on the loosest hooks on my 26 inch ribs. The quality is nice.
On Bravissimo’s website it is listed as; - Underwired lightly padded plunge - 2 hook fastening in DD-G cups, 3 hooks GG-J -Polyamide polyester cotton elastane
I normally purchase molded cup bras, and have just recently started purchasing sewn padded cup bras. The only complaint I have is that where my nipples sit the stitching doesn’t really lay flat and sort of gives a torpedo type of shape. I’ll be saving this bra to wear under my button-up shirts and such so the seaming won’t be seen. Not sure if I would repurchase this cut again, but like I said I like a more molded round look.
This bra is so adorable! Love the heart-shaped leopard spots—so clever. It gives a wonderfully round and perky shape. The band is EXTREMELY stretchy, but feels tight enough for a 28. The fabric is very soft and comfy.
Unfortunately, the cups are woefully too small. They're at least one, maybe even two, sizes too small compared to all the other 28G's I own (mostly Freya). Would be great for someone who normally wears a 28F or FF.
I really like this bra. The straps are padded a bit. I never would have thought I'd be a 28G. Far cry from the 36Cs I was wearing. Very pretty material. My only complaint is that the band is too tight, but I'm sure it'll loosen up in time.
This fits like the Satine except for one difference - the straps are only partially adjustable. The band is true to size, so it is too loose for me. The cups fit small - I'm on the smaller side of a G cup and I can just about make this work, but suspect the GG would be a better fit. The cups are lightly padded, but not enough to add bulk. The shape is quite natural but uplifted. The wires come up higher than some plunges, so it may be good for those who want to try a plunge but usually struggle with this shape. Personally I don't get much cleavage in this, and I feel like the cups are quite full coverage compared to other plunges I've tried. It's a good, comfy everyday bra.
This bra is adorable, and when I had the opportunity to get my hands on it from a listing here on Bratabase I jumped at the opportunity. The previous owner said that it would fit someone who regularly wears a 28F or 28FF, and being between the two sizes and having it fit perfectly, I agree. The only thing about this bra is that I can comfortably fasten it on the 3rd set of hooks right away. I'm not sure if this is just because it's really stretchy or because it's been worn previously.
