This is a great plunge model - and ta-da! it comes in J cup, too. Anyway, the band is pretty much standard Bravissimo size, the cups maybe a bit on the big side. I usually wear H cup in Bravissimo bras but since this is a plunge and in my opinion they tend to be a bit small universally, I went for HH, which fits pretty much perfectly. There's maybe even a little room to spare, but it doesn't show or feel, so with that in mind the H cup would have been small for me. The colour is a pretty cream off-white and the light padding in ...the cups is very soft. Unlike many plunges, like Freya Deco, the Satine does have sturdy supportiveness. The cups are sort of deep in shape, so my boobs don't feel like they're about to pop up and out from the front. On the other hand, Satine does not push the boobs together like Deco does, so there's less cleavage effect - not a bad thing in my size, IMHO. But since Satine is a real plunge (=read: the center is truly low), it'll go marvellously with deep necklines. Read more 89 more words
My best fitting bra. It is so great, that I deconstructed one and made it into a pattern and have made 3 bras so far from it. The band runs a little large, normally I would be a 32, but had to get a 30 in this style. The cups are foam, 3 seam constructed. The inside feels like cotton lining and the outside is satin. The satin is nice since it allows my tops to slide over them and not get caught up and wrinkled like outer cotton fabric cups. The gore is nice and low and is great for my close set breasts. I also love how simple the style is. I love me a basic.
This bra is great for everyday wear - I find it extremely comfortable. It's a little loose in the band and I wear it on the tightest hook, but my underbust is only 26 inches. The shape is smooth and reasonably rounded, but far more natural looking than the Freya Deco, for example. The cups run a little small, which is great for me as I'm between sizes, but you may want to size up if you're not. I've washed it a couple of times now and it hasn't stretched yet - fingers crossed it stays that way! The only small downside is the padding can be a little wrinkled - I tried on two and found this one to be much better than the other. It's a bit annoying if you have to order online, but I wouldn't imagine it causes much of a problem - I don't think you could see it through clothes.
I have this bra in 28F as well and I love them both. This one actually fits me though! The 28F is too small but I'd rather too small than too big personally. This bra is a little uncomfortable in the gore but if I move the wires in their channels I can fix that no problem It's a bra I know I'll get the full use out of, just like the smaller size and I am soo glad I found it in another persons collection! There is plenty of give in the cups so I could add some cutlets for more vavoom if I wanted! There is no room, for that in the 28F and sometimes I just want a little more, ya know?
I got this bra through a bra exchange. It is pretty and seems to fit me well. The satin is a little loose on the molded cups, but this is not visible under clothing. The cups have a nice rounded shape. I would say it fits true to size.
Bravissimo Satine - my new favourite bras! I just cant stop buying them! I want all possible colours and models! One of the most comfiest bras that ive ever owned in my life. I love their satin softness. The wires are comfy, short and on the flexible side. When the bra is on, it might look like wires are too wide, however after I took the bra of after all day, the wires left small marks just around my breast - usually I get bad red marks after hard Ewa wires, however Satines leave only gentle ones that dissappear after couple of mins. The gore is relatively low ...and also does not cause any pain! The band is perfect on me, however it is made only of 1 layer of mesh, which I really hate as this gives to bra shorter life unfortunately. I feel secure and comfortable on loosest set, however I could easily close on 2nd row or even on 3rd. The cup depth is good, even very good for my boobs, however there are some quadboobs - I am sure that the size is correct, but its just my bust isnt compatible with this model. BUT I DONT CARE! its so comfy and great bra that I dont really care about that, also it doesnt show under tight tank tops, so the issue is not actually a problem! Straps are good, they nicely hide under my tank tops, also theyre made of soft and easy to adjust fabric. I love that theyre wider so they dont dig into my skin.
Overall Im very pleased with these bras and definietly will buy more of them (even for sleeping!) ! Read more 171 more words
I think this is a classic example of plunges not suiting my soft breast tissue - I'd love to find a plunge that fits! This gives a beautiful outline under clothing (low-cut in particular - it's not quite flush with the breast tissue so may not be suitable for something very tight and/or clingy that covers the breast), is a decent price and is well-finished. Unfortunately my tissue (and breast shape, based on pictures) doesn't mesh well with this bra. It wrinkles in the upper cups, although I'm fairly FOT, but gives me quadboob within an hour of wearing. Any other suggestions, hints, comments or other welcome.
This has become one of my favourite bras!!! Love the elegant satine look, jade colour and the fit is just amazing. I am probably between a 28dd and 28e but the dd was just too small causing a double boob effect. The bra advisor also agreed that the 28E looked much better on me. It fits well on my bigger boob but there is slight gaping on the right boob, especially when I bend over
The other thing is it not seemless so is visible under clothing. But this is definitely an everyday bra. I'm thinking about getting the nude satine in the ...next few months!!! ))
Oh and a tip for you ladies - the bra runs small, so I would suggest sizing up one or even two cups! I am a 28dd in panache but a 28E in bravissimo satine range.
Update: I love the fit, look and comfort feel so much that I decided the buy the beige one too!! However the beige one seems to show some headlights..... And I had just realised after taking the tags off Read more 86 more words
The Satine is a very comfortable bra. The fabric is soft and looks silky, making it perfect for everyday use. It is a gorgeous bright red but it also comes in other colours. I really like the cut of this bra, which allows to wear lower cut shirts or dresses while providing a nice, rounded cleavage. The straps are wide and very supportive, and so is the band. The main problem of this bra would be that although the fabric looks very pretty, it tends to stretch a bit too much over time, altering the original fit of the bra. It is not terrible but you might need to readjust your bra a couple of times during the day after some months of use. You need to tighten the band by using the tightest hook but this makes the cups a bit more separate, resulting in the need of readjusting your boobs every now and again during the day. Despite that, it is a very nice and practical bra that fits well and gives good shape.
At first I thought the wires were going to dig in, but after I moved them in their channel a little bit higher at the gore, this bra is very comfortable and fits nicely. I think it's similar to the CK Desire that I love soo much, and similarly it fits a cup size up from my 'normal' size. The cup fabric is soft and silky, the band and straps seem substantial without being industrial looking and it gives a smooth look under clothing, surprisingly. I tried it just under a tank-top and barely noticed any seams! I think this bra will become a go-to in my arsenal of boobie-holders.
