I wrote this review in September and it waited, and waited, and waited a little more (life is hard sometimes), so now you probably won't find this bra anywhere, but I wanted to share it anyway because it's a beautiful, good quality bra and gives me really great shape (and because I hope Ava will do tons of this cut in the future). It has a few minor flaws, but I'm still hapy I have it.
I’m sooo sooo torn over this bra. It’s exceptionally beautiful, and a bit sexy with it being so sheer. It’s almost like bridal lingerie. The white embroidery on the cups is amazing and I love the little drop pearl at the gore. While it’s got bows, they’re not gigantic or anything.
Sadly, for me it is a less than perfect fit, and not perfect enough to consider stop wearing it. For starters, it’s a really tight band, and adding an extender makes the already slightly loose cups fit worse. I mostly fill the cups up but it’s a little bit too loose at the top where it’s got ...a stretchy cup edge. I’m also getting a bit of wrinkles at the wire, along with space between the wire and my imf on my small side. I suspect that the tighter band is distorting the cups some and making them shallower than they are.
My shape tends to be soft, center full, even to fob, tallish but shallow and narrowish roots, and pendulous. I tend to fit more fob and short rooted, functionally. I think this bra is slightly too tall in the cups, otherwise it would probably fit better. I’m not sure if sister size up in band and down in the cups would fit better.
I received matching high waisted bottoms for this bra and they’re super cute with it, though they are a little bit too small for me. Read more 133 more words
This is beautiful!! Too tall cups is SUCH a common problem, why don’t manufacturers scale them down a bit! We can’t be the only people experiencing this fit issue! So many bras I would have loved if the cups were jut like .5-.75 inches shorter.....why do they do this to us lol!!
Jolie0216 I wish I knew! Most of my bras are too tall for me. I really think they expect all boobs to look like half spheres when they don't!
It's so pretty! THe wires look crazy wide on you, whether or not that is due to distortion idk but maybe this means a cup size down would work?
wendybien at just under 5” wide, I’m willing to say it’s cup distortion. I would normally consider 5.5” cup width wide on me. Band up and cup down so 70E probably.
Another great review! That color. I have a soft spot for green and embroidery. I wonder if a 65F would fit me or if I have to go with 65E like in some Polish unlined bras.
Great review, this design is very supportive and the colorway is EM Syrena level gorgeous. The brand totally deserves wider renown in the West!
I spotted this beauty when it came out in PL bc I loved Ava's 1514 Manche for its side-support and forward shaping. Didn't buy Hailey bc I thought the embroidery would be scratchy. Regretted it 6 mos later; read your review and HAD TO HAVE IT!

It looks very pretty, the lace at the top kinda hides any gaping that may occur. The wires are pretty narrow for this cup size afaik. Sadly its too big for me (I'd say it runs TTS, maybe a bit big) so I cant quite comment on the fit.
Edit: I dont know why but it seems to fit me better now so I thought I'd comment on the fit. Its not a technically perfect fit but I like it so much. The lace like I said hides any gaping that'd occur for my FOB shape and I'm sure would accomodate different top fulness levels. It gives a nice ...and rounded silouette with a soft peak. It has good projection and acceptable immediate projection. I turn it into a racerback with a clip to fit me slightly better (smaller). The top lace for me isn't visible under shirts although I think it varies with fullness level. Its my new favorite nude bra.
The only minus point for me are that the band doesn't come in an 28 or 26 and 30 is too big for me but thats a personal issue since the band is TTS. Also for my high set shape the wings and wires at the side come up slightly too high and dig in at times but its definitely something I can see past. Also I grown to love the design! Best fitting bra I've ever tried. I bought this online because I liked how elegant it looked, but I was surprised at the fit. The cups feel like they were made for my boobs. For reference, my shape rounded, close-set, even-fullness with average to slight projection and slightly narrow roots. I also need some immediate projection, which this bra delivers. One boob is half a cup smaller, but the lace outer layer with the elastic at the top does a really good job of disguising any gapping. The band may run a bit tight, especially if your underbust is exactly 30" or a bit over. The only thing I don't like is that the sewn edge of the strap can be a bit irritating on the front, so I might sew cloth over the edge. The construction and materials of this bra feel solid and durable despite the pretty lacey appearance. It just looks so classically gorgeous, I can't get over it.
