This bra is unlined with lace design for the most part. It has a three part seam. The straps is only adjustable halfway.
Fit issues: -The gore. I feel that it could be a bit higher because it seems like it would dig into the breast tissue, especially my right side. (Or it could be I may need a bigger cup size in this style.) -The straps. The straps are too wide for me, especially since my shoulders are more on the narrow side. Otherwise, I had to adjust straps a bit for them to stay put. -The cups. They made my breasts look more separated than they already are, considering my breasts are more on the conical side. (Could be shape mismatch.)
I did like that it is stretchy enough for me to not feel much discomfort. I also like the lace details, which drew me to wanting to try this style out.
I really want to like this bra. It has been a decent fit for me at previous sizes. The inner mesh slings are great and add just enough shaping to this unlined mesh bra. The underwire digs in the armpit on one side more noticeably in this 34DD. Something about the wire digging in and the lace being just a little scratchy, makes it feel like this size is unwearable for me in a way previous sizes didn't. A few of the fit issues are better with the band on the tightest hook, but that is too loose still. The cups fit on the shallower side of things.
I got that is as a bra to get by, as all of my existing bras were worn out 34Bs, yikes. I don't expect it to fit perfectly or last long term, just be something that the girls aren't surging out of while I look for a proper bra. It sort of works, but I can fit several fingers under the band -- it's definitely on the looser side and the fabric has a lot of give. The wires are a good fit on the sides, but get pushed down with wear in the middle. The bra and my breasts are both wide set, so that's sort of a plus, except that it means the light padding is up in my armpits, which can be uncomfortable with arm movement. It's not a great bra, but it is better than having the tops of my tits cut in half by the too small diagonal of my B cups. I will celebrate the demise of my $10 stopgap when it comes.
I like the pattern, although it does show up under some white/thin shirts. The cups gap a little bit for me, but it's not a big fit issue. I think the cups/wires may be sitting at least partially on my breast tissue on the sides. The fabric including the straps is pretty soft and comfortable. This bra has a hook for converting to racer-back, but I found that when wearing it regularly the straps would still slide off even on with the straps pulled as tight as possible. When worn racerback I find it fits better. I think the band might be too large for me, I can fit my hand under it and it sits a bit too low on my chest, below my breast tissue. It seems to slide down during the day.
My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, soft tissue.
Looked promising for an unlined (apart from the gore which I knew would not work), and I was willing to give it a try since it was cheap and I could return it. I also wanted to try out Target's new brand so I could see for myself what the quality and fit were like of the cups.
Pros: - Love the color - Love the little gold details - Lace is okay, not soft, but not itchy
Cons: - Cup is way too small for a DDD (possibly more suitable for shallow breasts) - Cup ...wires are too wide on the side and very bendy/flexible (flattens my breasts to an unflattering shape) - Top of cup cuts in a lot giving quadboob - Gore too wide - Band is very stretchy on tightest hooks
Overall, I think this was a good effort for an unlined bra in Target's new line. However the shallowness of the cup and its overall size make it super small and unflattering for my shape (full on bottom, tall shallow roots, close set). Read more 79 more words
I got this bra knowing it might be a bit small for me and unfortunately it did end up being smaller and therefore a bit tighter than I prefer. I don't think that's a problem of the bra and more one of my incompetence. As such, I haven't done more than try it on but to the best that I can tell it should function as a typical bra.
I bought this because I measured at a 36DD when I only work 36D. The fabric material is comfortable, breathable and soft! I’d wishbit fit but there was too much gaping in the cups!
The most comfortable bra I’ve ever owned! The cups are stretchy and forgiving. The material is super soft. The straps are spaced perfectly, soft, lightly padded, and a good width. It has mesh side slings that help support the sides of the breasts. Nothing digs in or itches. It gives a lovely rounded shape to the breasts and the design is pretty low-key sexy (soft pink with a black lace overlay). The best part? It was only $15 at Target! I do think it runs slightly large in the band and possibly a tad small in the cups — I can comfortably fasten the 34 on the tightest ...hook and the cups are a little stretched which squishes me down a little (minimizing). I probably could’ve done with a 32G (32FF UK), but they only go up to a DDD (E UK) cup. I feel like this bra is so comfortable and forgiving of sizing issues (and it was super inexpensive) that it’s definitely worth it to keep it. It’s perfect for lounging or wearing under a baggy shirt since it has no nipple concealment. I also like a little “oomph” when I wear tight tops, so I generally don’t reach for unlined bras. As far as nude full coverage bras go, this one is fairly stylish. The underwire is too low and digs into my chest and the wire is just a little too long. The gore doesn't sit flat; I think it isn't wide enough.
A bra for right now version 2. The band on this is tight. I had to use an extender the first couple of times, and it's still at "you could fit one finger, if you ask nicely." The cups and wires are a better fit for me then the t-shirt bra, but there's still a bit of downward movement at the gore. I am FOB and center full, but being wide set, it mostly doesn't come into play, except for some reason in these Auden bras. If I force the gore up, the bottom part of it floats, so again, not a great fit, but good enough (read: not actively painful) while I'm searching for better.
(I don't know any fancy words, so bear with me.) Decent! There's a little bow on the gore that I personally wish wasn't there (I don't like protruding decoration on my undergarments), but other than that, it's a wonderfully plain bra. The underwire ends about 1/2 inch/1 cm before the underwire channel does, and the cap bit after the wire doesn't rub weird or come up too high. The straps are a bit thin at just 1/2 an inch and are stretchy, so particularly busty ladies might have some issues with weight stress making the strap dig in. The cups are lined but not padded; your nipples are safely hidden, don't fret! (I'm spilling over in the middle a bit in these pictures, but that's a me problem, not a bra problem.) All in all, no complaints from me.
Does not seem to run small. Cups too projected or maybe need to be fuller on top. Fabric cheap, but so is the price.
Most likely a shallow 28C or 30B, but haven't remeasured since pregnancy a couple of years ago. Always struggle to find the right shape and fit, best fits have been La Senza 30B (ugh.... absolutely perfect, but that was what... ten years ago? now that they're avail in the US, they've gotten rid of 30s and the 32s felt so loose when I tried) and an old school Target Xhilaration teen bra like twenty years ago.
Per the reviews, I sized up to a 32A ...(who am I kidding- mostly it was cheap and it really looked like a knockoff Natori Feathers and where the hell am I going to find something in my actual size anyways?). Didn't work, terrible fit. Of course the band wasn't tight enough. And the cups were super deep, the stretchy lace couldn't even do anything to hide the cup gap, it was so bad. Maybe I'm just too shallow on top, too. But it was an embarrassing fit and the fabric felt about right for the $13 sale price I got it for.
Padding is definitely push-up. Read more 98 more words
The cups are just way too big for me. Not filled at the top or the sides. Maybe not a good fit for those with less round breasts. This bra is quite cheap, ~$12 US. I didn't find the lace itchy or scratchy. Since the gore is lace I found it mostly sat flat, but didn't support very much. I found this to be uncomfortable to wear all day, but I think that is because it is the wrong size for me.
