I always did not want to were sports bras because the racer back straps caused me pain. This bras has a U shaped back and does not convert to racer but still provides excellent support. The straps do not bother my shoulders and is very comfortable. The fabric is thin breathable mesh so great to sweat in. It is non padded so your nipples will show though it. I am close set but splayed so my boobs do not like to create cleavage so this bra does separate them but others might have problems. Each side has space for a breast unlike a compression sport bra where its ... all just one space. I was unsure what size to get. Many people seem to go up a band size down a cup size for sport bras. My usual size is 30:7 this bra is 32:5. The band is too big, I can easily fasten all 4 hooks on the tightest setting. As for cup size I am unsure if this is the best fit because I did not try other sizes but it fits good enough for my mid-inpact work out. The bra looks more red in person rather then the bright orange in the photos.
