Classical Rondo 34F I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.
Classical Rondo was a black lace bra with turquoise and purple accents. It had 2 vertical sections to the cup, quite sheer and strikingly beautiful.
The band was 27” and stretched to a max of 39” with 2 hooks and 3 rows of eye loops.
Cup Depth as measured by: 1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance. This measurement is: 11”
2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance. This measurement is: 12.5”
I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate, just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands.
I loved the look of the bra more than wearing it. The bra is okay, its got wide enough straps that adjust fairly easy. The center gore has a good spacing, and the overall stitching of the bra is sound. However, I'm not a fan of the band. It was stiff with almost no give when I first received it but, after two wears it loosened up to the point where I had to wear it on the tightest hooks.
Another bra that is way too separated in the cup and goes way too wide on the bottom edge of the cup as well. Band seems true to size, but I can't tell on the cup since the shape is way off for me. Probably fairly close to a true 30E though.
Well, one person's drafting error is another person's good luck, I suppose. While this doesn't exactly fit from a technical perspective, with slight quadboob and not enough projection at the wire line for me, it really does what I want it to do. It's discreet (no nipple show-through), the wires are wide enough for comfort, it doesn't cut in under the arm, and it has a flat profile. I am personally trying to minimize, not maximize. As others have said, this is not a good draft (or perhaps a small-size grading error), and wouldn't work for anyone who doesn't really want to smush their breasts. For reference, I am a 30C who's very wide rooted. Oh, and there's kind of a corset-lacing kind of detail on the sides, which I dislike but of course YMMV. The only way I can imagine this bra in this size fitting properly is on someone who's very conical and therefore has very little projection at the perimeters of the breasts.
I like the fit of this bra. When I first bought it, the band seemed to run tight. It has stretched over time. The silly little jewel hanging off of the gore came off during the first time I wore it. The color I have (dusty turquoise?) looks slightly dirty and lackluster. I assume it will only get worse as I wear it more and it gets signs of wear. Otherwise really comfortable, nice amount of padding.
Update-Ish: This was one of the first fitting bras I owned, and it was great to me. I love how the cups have 3 padded seamed bits and are covered with lace. The lace is smoother under shirts than with many of my other bras.
I usually wear 30Es. The band fits nicely and not too tight for a 30. The cups seem a bit wrinkly though. This bra uses the UK sizing 30E, making it a 30F US, so I suppose that makes sense that the cups seem large. It is completely unlined and lacy transparent. No modesty there. The sewing also seems messy in places, not refined. It has a nice plunge gore, but it is likely still expecting boobs that are more wide-set & wider-cup than mine. The bra pattern is just too busy to be sexy.
It's white like the stock photo. Pretty bra. Very comfortable. I think my natural shape is round and pointy, so I really don't mind that this bra give me a round and pointy shape. One thing that's good about Alegro bras is that their 30 bands are tight like a 28 band. Good if you need something tighter than a 30 band. I couldn't stretch this bra more than 28". I would recommend for someone who need a 26 band because I couldn't stretch the band more than 28"
Interesting stretchy cups. Probably great for full-on-top, but makes it hard to be sure whether the cups fit as intended or not. Band too small, unfortunately.
I wear an extender on tightest hook. Band runs very small for a 30. Very pretty orchid color with ribbons on the sides. Straps are too wide for my narrow shoulders.
It's a pretty pattern. Sheer upper panels on the cup. Unlined. Band is rue to size.
It gives a pointy shape. I tend towards even, maybe a smidge fob. It seems to be more east/west shape, and is minimizing. Something between the wire width and no side panels for extra oomph, perhaps?
It is not shallow. I fill out the entire cup, no wrinkles, no pushing down my chest.
I don't really like the shape, but it des seem comfortable.
So pretty, especially the lilac color. And the band is wide and stretchy, yet somehow supportive. But the wires are quite flimsy, and the cups are wide, shallow, and open on top--exactly opposite of what I need. It's a little reminiscent of my Braologie Lacie, except not 3 cup sizes too big.
This would work best on someone with shallow, self-supporting, FOR breasts who loves a really romantic look.
I'm more the full on bottom type and experienced a lot of wrinkling/empty space in the top of the cup. The cups' seams are also visible through shirts--even loose-fitting ones! I do really like the fabric, the color, and the strap placement though.
Very comfortable, has enough projection in the cups, plunge style means the gore no longer pokes, straps are set in and are not too wide, cups gaped a bit, sizing up to 30E.
....I don't quite understand the sizing standard used to make this bra.
To say it did not fit is a gross, hilarious understatement. The cup was nowhere near...enough. In any dimension. Remember that thing when you were wearing 2 or 3 bandsizes too big and 4 letters too small? Yeah it had that thing going on.
It's a shame bc it is really pretty. But there was nothing I could do to possibly make it wearable.
The fabric felt a bit cheap, and the band was really stretchy. The marked size 34 band stretched to over 37 inches, easily. I can't say much about the fit otherwise because the center gore was way too tall for me. Even after safety pinning the wires on top of each other in the center, I got red marks from wires sitting on breast tissue. It is a very beautiful bra, though. I ended up returning it because of the center gore issues, and because it was a bit too big in the cups.
I love this bra. It's a gorgeous bra and it fits me well.
Band: I do wish the band were a teensy tighter since I like my bands fairly tight. I'm already on the last set of hooks. What I really love about the band is the side boning. It - along with the wide-set shoulder straps - totally takes care of migrated tissue.

Wires: If they were even just a tad longer, they would poke me. Instead, right now, they feel as if they're supporting me along with the side boning. I almost feel Edwardian with all this boning, and that's a good thing.
Cups: The cups are cut low. They just barely keep things decent. Barely. But that's a part of this bra's allure, isn't it? I've tried on both the 30DD and 30E, and both were too big.
