Didn't fit

I wasnt sure about this bra before buing it as my Ewa size to go is 70E/65F, so theoretically there is no way 65DD would fit, right? However price was decent and I though that in the worst case it might give me these massive quadboobs and would be too tight. When I took it out of the package, the band seemed to be on the tight side but cups didnt look like 65DD, they were more like 65E. Also surprisingly there are no cookie pockets! (maybe the previous owner requested or it was an error from the company side)
So far, Ive tried M cut only twice, Syrena in 70DD when it came out (was so tight and small due to shallow cups that ive sold it immediately) and Jezynka in 75D (its almost perfect, band stretchy but stays comfortable on middle set of hooks and cups are good size). So how 75D is fine, 70DD was too small and 65DD is perfect? No cookie pockets in Scarlet? or maybe sewing error by cutting it to be more like 65E? whatever. Thats not important. Important thing is that the bra fits beautifully and gives me nice cleavage, but thats not all.
Straps. Oh booooy! I havent had any Ewa bra that has narrow straps like this one, even some customised Comexim straps arent so good. It must be due to the smaller and shorter cups in comparison to what Im getting in 65F/70E. Straps are soft and comfy, although bit too thin and Id prefer little thicker (being spoiled by BM and S cuts.. )
The band is little tight but not crazy that I cant wear it. Itd would be perfect with 1 extra row from extender however im too lazy to look for it and im just wearing it without. Also its a second hand bra, so band is little losser than it would be if id buy it new.
Wires. They re little too narrow as the width I need is between 12.7-13.2, but even id theyre little narrow, they do not really sit on my breast tissue or cause any discomfort.
Cups. As I mentioned, there are no cookie pockets, thus bra has more projected cups that can accomodate slighlty larger boobs. This bra is nice, quite low plunge. Plunge bra that fits me without cutting in from the middle? It feels like a dream but this is the reality!

Geeez, I think im going to start buying Ewa bras in M cut as Im in love with how Scarlet fits me. However, if Im going to order any M cut, Ill probably go with my usual size 70E (just in case). Cant wait for new collection!

This bra is not owned any more

From my experience (at least with the half cups), there's barely a difference between the 65E cup and the 65DD cups, besides a stiffer underwire and a taller gore.

  • Oh really ? Iv noticed big difference in HC between 65E and F (the 65F are usually too large for me) and o haven't really tried many styles in 65E as my favourite are S, SM and BM

Oh yeah, I think there's a big difference between 65E and F for CH's that I've tried. But DD and E are similar.

  • Noob i have to agree with you as I have a 65DD HP Kobalt that is passable & it definitely shouldn't be lol

  • Well good to know! Thanks Noob and lcl0706 !

  • I love that the M bras (well most of them) have the exra thin straps. Unfortunately the custom M bras don't have thin straps.

  • Prettyncharmeuse would you say that strap placement in M is narrower than in other styles or its same wide set? especially in band 70?

  • martka00 I would consider them to be wider set. At least the custom ones that I have feel wider, the rest may be similar/wider.

  • Prettyncharmeuse damn. However I still will give them a go at some point. I bet is worth trying :)
