The Comexim Honey Cookie Plunge bra is perhaps the most beautiful nude bra I've ever personally handled. The lace cup overlay, satin base fabric, and shimmery center gore bow are lovely. There is scalloped embroidery on the fully-adjustable straps and bows at the strap-cup junction. Speaking of the straps, I did find it odd the band-side of the strap has extra length beyond the end-stitching - 1.5 cm worth - which I realized could be leveraged to let out the straps, to make even more length to accommodate low-set breasts and/or an extra-long torso, which is brilliant (I would have so appreciated this in my latest acquisition, an Empreinte with too little strap length!). The seams on this Comexim are all very neat and the workmanship is so tidy. It's not surprising the bra tag reads Linea Artisana - because this is artisanal-grade work. Those of you who prefer an overlapping gore will enjoy this plunge with close-set wires; the wires end up almost on top of one another due to the way the wire channels are brought together and overlapped. The three part cup construction is nicely done with an extra bit of fabric covering over those seams on the cup interior. There is "padding" but it's more of a thick liner - about 0.3 cm deep. This helps the cup keep its shape without adding too much volume. Finally, I love that there are three hooks. I don't see this often in the sizes I wear, and I wish it were more common. The added rear band depth and hook add a lot of security for me.

Fit-wise, I'm afraid this bra isn't a keeper for me. It's a shame, because even for a bra that fit me poorly I found it really comfortable. It's just a shape and size mismatch. The bra cups seem a little too small (I normally wear a 32F US/UK) and I get big-time quadding to the extent that I don't feel supported, and bending over causes my breasts to leave the bra. The very narrow and somewhat low center gore is also an issue for me. While I don't have wide-set breasts per se, I have very soft tissue and it tends to mush inward if not supported. The immediate projection of this bra is not enough for my shape, though the wires were comfortable.

Have you thought about buying this 2-3 cup sizes up? Comexim plunge wires don't grade wider much so you'll have a similar width cup but deeper.

Hi cupandahalf - I will have to try that! This bra was a 32:8 so I thought I was upsizing, but I may not have gone far enough - that was one cup beyond what I normally wear. It was so impressed by it, I'd love to try it in a properly fitting cup size. Thanks for the feedback!

No problem! I would try 2 cups up. They will be taller though. If you're in the US Breakout bras sells plunges (although not this stunner) in stock so you could try a few different sizes, with free returns!

Quadding so extreme that a sudden movement would cause my breasts to spill out.

Top of the cup:
Cuts into breast tissue (quad boob effect)
Cups separation:
Too close together for my boobs

This bra didn't fit her, but these did
