The fit and sizing is similar to other Panache bras, with a few exceptions. As mentioned by others the band is tighter. A 30 band is usually on the large side for me, but I wore this with an extender for comfort. The sides and cups are even taller than other Panache bras I've tried. The material goes almost all the way up to my collarbones, which is good, but there's too much room there to give sufficient support. Panache bras tend to have too much fullness on top for me, but with the thick material it looks kind of ridiculous. Perhaps that is needed for some, but I wonder if Panache has a problem with their scaling. Sadly a size down wouldn't have enough depth and width.

The wires are much less sturdy than normal Panache bras. They are still malleable, but it means it doesn't tack on me. (The thick material also doesn't help with that.)

It's comfy though. The support and lift is good and I'm more comfortable doing light exercise with this than I ever was in my old Shock Absorber compression bras. As long as I'm not supposed to press my elbows together in front, because there's too much stuff in the way. But before I do any running or jumping I need to find a sports bra that holds in the top of my chest better.
