Fits

This is the first bra I've tried recently that fits! It more than fits...I think it makes my shape look almost cartoonishly good. I love how much lift it gives me.

The cup shape and cup separation feels like it was made for me. The problems that I've been running into with other bras recently are: top edge of the cup digging in if the rest of the cup fits me, next cup size up even worse because the underwire is wide enough to flatten me, and cups too far apart. This bra doesn't have any of those problems. And the convertible straps are a must for me - crossed straps are the only kind that won't fall off my narrow, sloped shoulders.

The band feels either tighter or less stretchy than other 30 bands I've tried. I don't mind that - I think the tight band might be helping to create the epic shape in front.

There are 2 things about this bra that I think could be improved, though.

1) The convertible hardware. I always prefer hardware that detaches at the middle of the strap - it's easier to put on, easier to take off, more comfortable with no possibility of being poked, and more durable because the fabric isn't stressed when the strap position is changed. This bra doesn't have that type of hardware, unfortunately. It has strap hooks in loops of fabric, in two places - in the front at the top of the cup, and in the back on the band. Being able to attach them in the front makes the bra reasonably easy to put on and take off, but I think the fabric loops will still wear down over time from repeatedly detaching the straps (which I need to do every time I put it on or take it off, because I wear the straps crossed). It's difficult to detach the straps without the little metal hook getting caught on the inside of the fabric loop.

2) Exposed elastic. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I prefer a seamless band - or covered elastic at a minimum.

If I could combine the convertible hardware from 65D - Marie Jo L'aventure » William (012-1276), with the seamless band from 30E - Simone Perele » Inspiration 3 Way Memory Foam Bra (12W361), and the cup shape and fit of 30DD - Freya » Deco Shape Moulded Multiway Bra (1464) , I think I would have "The Bra To End All Bras"! Without that, though, it's still a very good bra - and the only one I've found recently that fits me.
