Used to fit

November 16, 2015: I must have been measuring differently than everyone, because my cup depth came out way deeper. I measured from inside wire casing to other inside wire casing edge, at the deepest part which was ABOVE the padding, rather than over the padding, so that might be why. (But isn't that what you're supposed to do? https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" />)

Anyway, this bra is pretty great. Sadly, even with padding between a 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch thick, it did not end up being the cleavage-inducing bra I had hoped it would be, but I guess it does make my breasts look 1-2 sizes bigger.... Sooo, a good thing? https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" /> Of course I love my breasts, I guess this would just be for days when I want a more busty hourglass look. It would definitely be too closed on top to create cleavage without quadboob, though. The padding is so comfortable, this might even be a good period bra.

Lol, well, apparently with a tight tank top on over the bra, I get a smidgen of a line between my breasts. Considering that they're very wide-set and splayed, this is a major feat, haha!

Anyway, as you can see from my back picture, the straps are RIDICULOUSLY wide!! I'm so glad that they could be unhooked and rehooked in a racer back position, but that creates another problem because at their longest length, they're a bit too short and dig into my shoulders. I wish I could make them just a half inch longer! The straps are really wide in the front too, so when I have my arms forward like they are as I'm typing, the decorative edge rubs painfully into my arm crease. Guess I just have to sit closer to my keyboard so I can spread my elbows more. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" />

The wire length is great on the sides. The amount of padding on the side definitely push my breasts more forward. The cup depth is prefect. With regular straps, there's gaps when I slouch, but with the straps racerback I fill the cups perfectly. When I stand up straight, I get the tiniest bit of quad, but it's not crazy (a closed cup shape rather than cups too small). It gives me an insanely rounded look, and while it's not too big of a deal, it still creates a wide breast look from the front, rather than pushing the breasts into a narrow and forward-projected look like I know a lot of EM bras do.

This bra is GORGEOUS (my low light photos don't do it justice! The photos wish flash are much better). The shade of berry compliments my skin, the embroidery is pretty, the details on the straps are pretty, and the bow in the middle is cute. But, for some reason, this bra seems kind of... flimsy? Like, the wires are very flexible, the band is a bit stretchy (I put it on the 2nd of 4 hooks when I found the loosest to bee to loose), and the cups are surprisingly soft and flexible for being molded cups and for the massive amount of padding the cups have. Overall this bra seems really good for a medium-to-wide width, and medium projection. If someone was more projected, they'd have to be very firm or have short roots to not get quad. (Also, the flexible wires and cups stretch flat pretty easily, so might not work at all. Maybe if wires were replaced with more stiff ones?) Luckily, this works for me! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

I will definitely keep this bra, and now I know my Kris Line size, and with only one size tried!! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" />

I love my Kris Line too but had a similar issue with the straps. The lace killed me by the end of the day and gave me a sore red spot. I was determined to wear it anyway so I flipped the straps around and wore the decorate lace on the back. It worked!

  • iamstilltrying Ooo that's a good idea! I'll definitely try that next time I wear it if it's too much to handle by the end of the day. :)

  • bonjourhi As for the period comment, it's because mine are the most sensitive to touch and movement probably the day right before and first two days of my period. Some bras feel like they're manipulating my breasts too much, so it feels like they're being pushed on, but this bra has so much padding that it feels like they're sitting on pillows. :)
