If you are tired of clothes that only come up to a size 14 and were made for a 'B' cup in dress cup sizes, check out this new pattern company! I have had the good fortune of meeting this wonderful lady, Jenny Rushmore who has started her first collection under the name Cashmerette! Her first dress pattern comes in dress sizes 12-28 and dress cup sizes C-H***
***Just remember that dress cup sizes are different from bra cup sizes! You may find that your bra size is 32F but you may need a 'D' in dress cup sizes.

The dresses are in US rtw dress sizes and the cup sizes are in dress cup sizes.
some pattern companies do make patterns specifically for tall people though. are you like 5'11"?
