Recommendations and Tags

Can anyone tell me how accurate the Bratabase recommendations are? What are they based on?

I currently have ONE bra that fits. I am only getting POOR matches from the recommendation engine.. Just wondering if those are even worth pursuing.

Or is the TAG section a better bet? Example: searching for bras with the tags for wide root and full on bottom.

Or should I go off the "These will also fit", "these have the same cut" sections on a specific bra page?

I'm kind of lost as to where to go to figure out what bra and size range is going to fit me semi properly.

  • Hey OleBlueEyes, here's the help page for the recommendations and how they work: http://www.bratabase.com/pages/recommendations/

Are you sure that you set the fit of all bras that you added under your current measurement? That may make the recommendations much better. It's important to re set the fit of all bras that you have once you update your measurements.

I would not go by the tags. As soon as the breast shape gallery (http://www.bratabase.com/pages/Shapes/submit/) launches, those will be much more helpful, but currently they don't work that well and they aren't used for the recommendations.

  • If your one bra fits well, definitely DO check out the bras with the same cut. In theory, they should fit just as well! Similar bras are more of a your mile may vary deal, because it's based on people who set that bra as fit who also set other bras as fit (I believe, unless something changed!).
