I recently had the same question, and am waiting for my Comexim bra to arrive to see if it worked out. General consensus that I've read, though, is that you should go with your normal band size (so my 28 band=60), and then use your measurements against their size chart from there to determine your cup size (so my 28 band size and 35.5" bust brought me to a 60HH).
I just received a Comexim bra, and I agree with curlewgirl- take your normal band size and compare your overbust measurement with their size chart.
