Concerning Swimwear

I've always had issues with swimwear, being bigger than most junior department tankinis tend to like to accommodate xD (32G-GG)
At the moment I'm wearing the top of a tankini that my mom used to own, a bikini bottom underneath my dad's old swim trunks, and a rashguard shirt. I've been told this is slightly excessive and not suitable for an 18 year old? (p'shaw.)
For a missions trip we were told to bring a one-piece, which somehow managed to compress my boobs down into the vicinity of my navel. Truly perplexing...

I am definitely not comfortable with showing off a lot of my body, which eliminates a lot of things that would actually fit, and I'm on a tight budget, which eliminates basically everything else. xD
So I suppose I'm asking for suggestions. What do you lovely ladies suggest in the area of swimwear for someone who doesn't like to show skin? Is there a site with budget-friendly swimwear in 32G-GG bra sizes?
(or should I just avoid water lol)
