All natural quad-boob

I hit the gym after a several month hiatus, and I think I hit it a little too hard because I wound up with more than the usual pain in my pecs - usually it goes away after two days. It's now four. Last night when I took off my shirt I noticed some visible swelling above my breast. Instead of a gently sloping top, I had my own quadboob, without a bra. If I used Victoria Secret's above my breast measuring, and compared that the top of my breast (as the underbust), I think my swelling would wear a 38A.

It really felt like muscle tissue - hard, like biceps - so I wasn't too woried but thought it was so strange that it only showed up a few days after the workout. I must have gotten the muscle close to ripping, and then finished the job with my back workout a couple days later. It was gone when I got up this morning, but then I stretched and it appeared again. I guess I need to take it easy with my arms for a while. It's looking fairly normal again this evening.

It gave me such a peculiar profile. I sort of wish I had a bra which would have fit it, so I could have gotten a picture of my above-breast breast wearing its own bra. It could have had its own measurements and everything.

  • Oh! I have something slightly similar to this sometimes- that's muscle swelling from the gym too. Also sometimes the line of my profile isn't a slope- it gets a bit of a swell, becomes shallow, then full again.

  • My profile is never a slope, but my boobs are high on chest and full on the top, so I think they sort of almost cover that muscle.
    But when I used to work out a lot and had smaller breasts (28F-30D-E) I could basically go braless and look okay, because the muscle seemed to "pull" my breasts up. But I think that mostly happens to high on chest, already full on top boobs?
    I don't work out now, but I'm starting to, so I'll keep an eye out for this too! I still go braless several days a week but VERY rarely out (I'm a 30H now). But all the time at home.
    It never looked like a quad boob because my top boob was already on it - but it made my boobs like even fuller on top and almost impossible to find a bra!
    I think it's great to strengthen the muscle to prevent sagging - at least for me :)
