Brayola.com purchase update
As stated in my previous bra adventure, I have made a purchase (CK Ella) through the website before finding out that maybe the system is a little wonky as it doesn't state whether it is out of stock but the payment still got through.
So I contacted them through email and told them my problem and that I would like a refund if the order was not legit.
And they refunded me straight away, saying that yes, they do have a problem in getting this bra from the seller they work with. They even gave me a suggestion link for the bra in amazon should I really want to buy the bra.
So I think that's good. I got my 25 USD back. I'm happy.
p/s: It is better to contact them through email directly (upport@brayola.com">support@brayola.com) rather than leaving an offline message in one of those chat application in their website. I did that first but no one get back to me after a few days. That's when I've decided to send them an email.

Something similar happened to me! I tried ordering a Comexim bra from them for 16 dollars because that's an amazing deal, but something happened with Brayola's partnership with Comexim and the deal fell through. I got a full refund including shipping costs. It's great.
