• I use a toothbrush and a paste made of baking soda and water. Scrub in a circular motion.

  Sometimes I'll add a bit of hydrogen peroxide to the paste, but I can't guarantee this won't fade certain fabrics. I've never had an issue with it, though.

• I use the Oxiclean max force gel (again, toothbrush and circular motion) and I find it works well. No fading on my brown bra so far.
