Frustrating experience with adding my bras: missing equipment

I finally returned to Bratabase and set about entering pictures and descriptions of all the bras I've purchased in the last year or so, and then I get ready to measure them when...where is my tape measure? I have been looking and looking for it off and on for the last four hours and haven't found it yet. So much for my plan to update my information!

As a side note: what should I do if I'm measuring bras which aren't new, especially in cases where I know the band has stretched? I don't want to give the impression that the measurements are accurate for brand new bras, but at the same time I do think measurements over time can add some value when it comes to deciding if the bra stands up to use or not.

  • I've been toying with the idea to make Bratabase measuring tapes to send out for free :P I just haven't got around it as I am really not happy with the current logo and I don't want to invest on them with the ugly one.

Just add your measurements on the bras as they are now, you can specify when you got them which might give a clue on usage, but not much help.
With different mesaurements we can actually make use of statistics to determine how the numbers for a same bra cluster and see which have less or more stretch.

  • Hah, well, I know there's a measuring tape *somewhere* in this mess. I'll wind up buying a new one long before a free one can arrive (especially if you still need to design a logo and order it before that can happen!).
