To help or not to help? And how to do it?

Okay, so, there's a close family friend. Post reduction, still in bras that leave her boobs drooping to her elbows. Should I do something? Ask if I can measure her real quick? Ask her to try on some bras that don't fit me? Mention Bratabase somehow? Ask if she's ever gone to the nearby lingerie shop where I got my first fitting? I'm open to other ideas as well.

  • i guess what i would do is be like "hey i was wanting to go get fitted but want you to come with me so i'm not alone, we can do it together, it will be a fun girls day out... we can do lunch and everything, what do u say?"
and hope she goes along :)

  • It can be delicate, because as I was posting the other day sometimes people FREAK OUT when they hear their post reduction cup size due to letterphobia.

You can try to be smooth about it by introducing the paradigm fit right from the start, e.g. "So, are you allowed to wear regular bras yet? I bet you're an ADORABLE SMALL SIZE LIKE A 30E now" and when she says "what on earth are you talking about, I'm a a 36B" you can say oh really well did you know you can get amazing uplift and comfort with the same cup volume by going down in number and up in letter?
