I purchased a Venezia (Real Wear) unlined cotton 42-C back smoothing bra and it covers my back just fine, but one cup wrinkles. I will try to alter the cup.
I just would like to know where to purchase more of this brand. (I got this new through Ebay and cannot locate another. Does anyone know where to find more of this brand?)

I'm not sure Venezia is a true standalone brand (at least not one that currently exists). I'm seeing evidence that Lane Bryant once had a clothing line called Venezia, and Wolford (a higher end European lingerie and stockings brand) does still sell a bra called the Venezia. Maybe post a picture of the label?
Thank you. I do see Wolford bras and they are really expensive. I probably own one of the last Venezia unlined bras. It is very comfortable, but I don't see the style and not really want to pay $150 plus for a bra.
