So what's the solution when your breasts are soft/loose skinned/floppy to the point where a sports bra that fits can't even stop the jiggling? In order to get the movement down enough where I'd be able to jog, so far all I've had luck with is compression so tight that I can't breathe deeply, which obviously doesn't work for exercising. Would I be better off trying some weird combination of regular bra (to separate/support?) under compression bra (to hold everything in?). I'm kind of at a loss - I've tried Panache, Shock Absorber, Freya, basically everything I can find in my size and some things that aren't actually my size (in an effort to hold it all down even if it's not quite in the right place). I think I would need to either have an Enell custom-made or wear some other bra underneath it to go that route, and I'm not stoked to custom-order a bra I don't have some reasonable idea will work.

  • Lots of women wear 2 or even 3 bras (or bra-esque clothing items, such as super tight crop tops or even bathing suits) on top of one another. If this is what it takes and you really hate the bouncing, go for it!

  • Okay, it sounded really goofy to me for some reason, but maybe I'll have better luck if I address each issue with a separate bra, ha ha. I don't mind a little bouncing, but I'm saggy enough - gotta do what I can to keep things stable!
