Do you have to swoop and scoop? The bra I get fits if I don't, but when i do it looks all funny and then goes up into my arm pits.

The whole idea is to make sure your breast tissue is fully encased within the cups so that you can get proper support and shape. So in short, yes it's probably a good idea. What do you mean it looks funny? It might be that the cups have become too small after adjusting?
Yeah. I quadboob then My breast become to high to feel the bottom. Im guessing Im just not compatible with this bra.
