Swimsuit Delivery Woes!!!

So frustrated. In the beginning of the month I ordered a Panache Sophia tankini from Breakout Bras. It took a while for it to ship, but it finally did. Unfortunately, USPS tracking says it was delivered 2 weeks ago- but I never got it. We have a locked mailbox and parcel box. I don't know if it was a breakout bras glitch or a USPS glitch but I want my swimsuit ;(. Mail lady says she can't remember even if she put it in a normal slot or the parcel box.

Breakout Bras has not as of yet been willing to send a new one or a refund (which would be am easy way to make or lose a customer). If the suit makes it to me, I can return it, or if it gets back to them they could keep it...They say they are waiting for USPS to investigate. My local oat office has no idea when I call them except "hopefully whoever it went to will bring it to you or put it back in return mail.

I am hoping Breakout Bras will do the right thing so I don't have to try to get a refund or a new one via Paypal. But every day there is no suit I get more grouchy, and every time I don't hear from breakout bras (or get a vague sorry but this is really your own fault email,) it bothers me more. Sigh. Sorry for the rant.

  • In your shoes, I would probably go ahead and file the paypal dispute. You cannot file a paypal dispute after 45 days have passed since you sent the payment. Sometimes a seller will just try to stall you until those 45 days have passed.

But, paypal will probably side with breakout bras, because you have no way to prove that you did not receive it. Which sucks. I would go ahead and file, or else file with your bank. You have a better chance with your own bank.

  • Sorry to hear that :( But didn't they need a signature from you on delivery? Also, I'm not sure if it depends on the country, but isn't there an office for customer protection that you can contact to file a complaint?
