Comexim question
When you have requested something different from Comexim (like lower cups, higher gore, 3 hooks instead of two and etc.), how long have you waited until it's been dispatched? I'm assuming they then sew the bra from scratch for you?

I've only received one order so far with customizations (reduced cup height), and it was shipped out maybe a week after I ordered it?
I never received a confirmation/despatch email from them though; the only reason I found out it had been shipped was because I emailed Anna just out of worry! I've heard other people have experienced the same thing, so apparently it's normal to not hear from them for every step of the order process, unlike some other companies. If you feel unsure, best thing is just to email and ask the status of the order.
I placed another order during the sale a few weeks ago, and I haven't heard if mine has shipped yet, either.
