Help!
My sister is getting married in July and I need help finding something to wear! I'm about a 34JJ, my waist measures 37", my hips are between 46" and 47" and I'm just under 5'5". It will be Christmas in July themed, so a festive shade of red or green might be ideal. I also need some nice double wide shoes to wear in about a size 7WW (North American) or so. Undergarments are also a slightly panic inducing issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What do you mean by double wide shoes? I know there's D fit (standard), E fit (wide fit) and EE fit (extra wide). I even think there's even wider than that. Also, where are you located? If you live in Europe there's a few UK websites that sell wide fit shoes that I'm aware of:

Made In Preston sells bust-friendly clothes where you can choose between 3 different bust volumes and you combine that with your high street size, the size you'd need for your waist and hips. Do you want a long or short dress? Because I've seen a green bodycon dress on MIP's website! :)
As far as shoes go, all I know is that even the "wide" shoes from Walmart and Payless leave my feet feeling bruised. I'm in Canada and you've made it sound like Europe is some kind of wide shoe heaven! I'm not too picky about dress length. I'll definitely check out Made in Preston.
