CURVY KATE, WHY ARE YOU SO DIFFICULT!

Okay so I own quite a few Curvy Kate bras. Most are in a 28GG. I am about to go away on holidays for Christmas and for the first time in over 7 years I decided to purchase some bathers/bikinis. After much research I decided on a Panache 28G and the Curvy Kate Horizon 28G. I also snuck in a CK Lottie bra to make the expensive postage worth my while.

Of course I was worried the CK 28G would be too small. To my surprise both the CK bikini and the lottie bra are too big in the cup. How can a 28G Curvy Kate be too big if I usually wear 28GG Curvy Kate. They are both unwearable. They seem to be way too tall in the cups and gape and look far too big.

Yes I understand that different styles will sit differently but honestly that is a huge difference. The 28G Panache bikini was too small in the cup mind you.

I just don't understand the huge inconsistency and to top it off every time I watch Lauren form CK's bra and bikini reviews on You Tube she always wears the exact same size across the CK range. How is that possible?

I so badly wanted some bathers to wear on holidays :( I could handle it if they were not a perfect size but I don't want my family looking down my top to see my nipples as I splash around in the pool.

I'm starting to feel like I should just forget about ordering any more Curvy Kate items. In my mind I should really only sit within 2 sizes depending on the style.

  • Oh my, I´m so sorry for you :(
CK bras aren´t not for my shape at all, except the shallow ones (tease me, thrill me), and because I have issues with them as well, I wouldn´t dare order a bikini...

  • The only real issues I've had with CK unlined bras is that they seem to be made for the FOT (I have even fullness) and are nowhere near as tall as I'd like (wires/wings) under the arms.

I wear the same 30FF in the Lottie as I do in other bras (that are not super-shallow — I need 30G in those).
